I came across PE roughly 4 years ago and its been on my mind all the time but I was indecisive about getting started.. Call it Procrastination.
Even thou I have recommended dozens of friends to look into it haha.
I’m 24 now and need to just get this Done and dusted. BUT I DO NOT WANT TO MESS THIS UP!
I prefer the type of conversations and dialect on here compared to PE gym. They do have a lot of rich information over there but I feel this website better suits me and will keep me more motivated.

This is why I am here so you gents can guide me so I don’t ruin my life by doing it incorrectly.
It’s getting things into perspective and getting my head around it.

I do my kegels here and there.. Reverse Kegels I’m finding a big tricky. I feel like I’m going to shit my self or blow my guts out and get a Hernia when reverse kegeling.
I am currently 6.5inch (16.5cm) BPEL. I measure it like 4 times a week and compare it to different items for the past year and I don’t even know why I do this..
And Girth is 4.7 inches (12cm)

I know nothing is wrong with my size. But be happy with a Casio with you can get a Rolex.. My philosophy

My NEED is a 19cm/7.5Inch BPEL length, which I feel I can do in 6 month or so.
Girth is my priority, I want that 14cm/5.5inch in the middle.

I don’t feel like a 8by6 would help me or the girl yet. Leave that for later if my mind changes.
That 2.5 cm in length I feel is very attainable over time after reading so much on this forum and other similar websites.
BUT the 2cm increase in Girth does taunt my mind slightly and I hate not knowing the ETA or how far away I am from the goal.
But girls have always told me that Girth is more important and what makes them scream more.. And I’m more motivated about growing the thickness than the length.
Warming up is what I’ve mentally blamed for not starting because putting a rice sock in a microwave and around your Cock is such a chore especially when you’re with the family. SO I HAVE MADE A BREAK THROUGH in the warm up department by filling a Protein Shaker Cup with Hot Tap Water and pressing it against my pelvis for 5+ minuets which makes it not leak out and excludes the testicles from getting hot.

What I’m planning on doing is a Full Diligent JP90 for the 3 month (2 on 1 off) and then move onto clamping if my penis is conditioned and ready.
I have seen too many posts by people that did a beginner routine like this but didn’t follow it properly or ramping it up too soon. Looking at it from the perspective of a power lifting routine.
I want to know if there is anything else I need to do to attain my goals in as fast time possible without any risk of injury. When can I clamp because Pumping is out of the question here.

To get the gains safely and as soon as possible you gonna have to be patient.
It takes time, and consistence,
do the newbie routine, be gentle with your dick,
look at your PI’s (you can find it by searching PI in the search bar)
and gains will come.

You can get great gains from simple heat > manual stretches > heat > jelqing. Try this first, and don’t miss any sessions unless you are sore/in pain/can’t get hard. You shouldn’t push yourself that far. It’s basically the newbie routine. It sounds kind of lame but pretty much all the guys that grew big gained a lot from that type of routine. To move to clamping and such so soon is not only massively increasing your chance of injury but also ignoring that you can get much easier, safer and consistent gains first. Good luck.

I think you and me are very similar because we have similar stats and and exactly the same goal (I wouldn’t mind if I can get more than that lol). I also feel it as a need but please you don’t take it too seriously because you could end like me: I have never had any problem with my penis and my partners (They have been only two) and still I think of it every single day all day long which is very exhausting and sometimes, when the thought comes to mind, it can prevent you from enjoying other things in life as much as you used to do it before.

Besides what I just told you, you just follow the good advice Killawhite and univ3rsal have given you: Take it slow and follow the newbie routine. There are a lot of people in here with a lot of experience who could help you any time you have any doubt and also try to keep a good log of what you do because it may help others to help you if you ever have any problem.

Bad point is that been too tired to Kegel because I’m standing out in the cold for 10 hours every night in Central London’s West-End dealing with drunkards at work Christmas parties. What a season to be Jolly!

I’ve been following the JP90 routine to get everything rolling, warming up with a large cup/protein shaker of hot (tap) water plugged against my groin for 5+ minuets and feeling the heat really radiate and then using some good old Vaseline for lube.
The entire Rice-Sock & KY Jelly were just mental blocks and what made me get up and get going with simplifying that warm up method to suit me whilst still being fully effective. (I’ve made 2 rice socks and I have 2 bottles of KY just laying around)

A few days ago I did have a big maroon like bruise a on the top middle of the shaft, it was skin deep from gripping too hard when stretching. The red blemish grew darker but I decided to still stretch and Jelq the next day with a softer grip. The mark is gone and there was never any pain.

No measurements have been taken yet with the tape but I am in momentum. Even if I’m cramming in tasks before I got to leave for a shift I am managing to fit in that 25 minuets of warm up and JP90 whilst tracking my days On and Off in my iPhone notes app.

I feel good about it all now. Watch some YouTube or the news and just do your damn jelqs.

Hi gents, I have now completed just over 1 month of the routine 2on-1off.
Not missed any workouts, haven’t made any gains on the ruler but erections are rock hard and unexpected all the time.

I find that my penis is at around a 30/50 erection level when jelqing which maybe because I’m watching the News/documentary whilst jelqing. Does the lower erection level have an impact on the effectiveness of the jelqs?
I’m switching to a 5on 2off for this second month. Would anyone recommend anything to add something safe to the routine now?

I’m mostly happy about the mental break through of just getting it done :) And for you guys here helping us all.

The entire rice sock thing was just a huge mental block for literally 4 years. Snow flake mentality I know! But the shaker cup is far less suspicious and you can regulate the heat better!
Only issue is that you have to be in the bathroom whilst doing it which to me isn’t an issue.
