Am I going about this correctly.
I came across PE roughly 4 years ago and its been on my mind all the time but I was indecisive about getting started.. Call it Procrastination.
Even thou I have recommended dozens of friends to look into it haha.
I’m 24 now and need to just get this Done and dusted. BUT I DO NOT WANT TO MESS THIS UP!
I prefer the type of conversations and dialect on here compared to PE gym. They do have a lot of rich information over there but I feel this website better suits me and will keep me more motivated.
This is why I am here so you gents can guide me so I don’t ruin my life by doing it incorrectly.
It’s getting things into perspective and getting my head around it.
I do my kegels here and there.. Reverse Kegels I’m finding a big tricky. I feel like I’m going to shit my self or blow my guts out and get a Hernia when reverse kegeling.
I am currently 6.5inch (16.5cm) BPEL. I measure it like 4 times a week and compare it to different items for the past year and I don’t even know why I do this..
And Girth is 4.7 inches (12cm)
I know nothing is wrong with my size. But be happy with a Casio with you can get a Rolex.. My philosophy
My NEED is a 19cm/7.5Inch BPEL length, which I feel I can do in 6 month or so.
Girth is my priority, I want that 14cm/5.5inch in the middle.
I don’t feel like a 8by6 would help me or the girl yet. Leave that for later if my mind changes.
That 2.5 cm in length I feel is very attainable over time after reading so much on this forum and other similar websites.
BUT the 2cm increase in Girth does taunt my mind slightly and I hate not knowing the ETA or how far away I am from the goal.
But girls have always told me that Girth is more important and what makes them scream more.. And I’m more motivated about growing the thickness than the length.
Warming up is what I’ve mentally blamed for not starting because putting a rice sock in a microwave and around your Cock is such a chore especially when you’re with the family. SO I HAVE MADE A BREAK THROUGH in the warm up department by filling a Protein Shaker Cup with Hot Tap Water and pressing it against my pelvis for 5+ minuets which makes it not leak out and excludes the testicles from getting hot.
What I’m planning on doing is a Full Diligent JP90 for the 3 month (2 on 1 off) and then move onto clamping if my penis is conditioned and ready.
I have seen too many posts by people that did a beginner routine like this but didn’t follow it properly or ramping it up too soon. Looking at it from the perspective of a power lifting routine.
I want to know if there is anything else I need to do to attain my goals in as fast time possible without any risk of injury. When can I clamp because Pumping is out of the question here.
