Hello all,
I have been doing PE now since January. I took the entire month of June off to recuperate. Since June, I have been doing my routine consistently. Here within the last week I have noticed a difference with my penis both in its flacid and erect state.
My penis and sack feels “tight” all the time. My testicles have pulled close to my body, as though it is very cold outside. My normal flacid hang is about half what it should be. Erections actually appear to be “shorter” than normal. I have not done my routine in three days, and I am still having the same problem. I am just wondering if this is a result of overtraining? Here is my routine, if anyone is interested:

—> 10 minute hot towel wrap
—> 20 minutes of manual stretching, primarily V-stretches and manual stretches in all directions
—> 10 minute hot towel wrap
—> 10 minute jelq at 40% to 50% erection
—> 10 minute hot towel wrap

This routine is done early in the morning. Sometimes I repeat the hot towel wrap again in the evening. On most of my days off, I still do a 20 to 30 minute hot towel wrap. I have varied this routine just a little bit, but that is my core routine. I normally train 3 or 4 days on and 2 or 3 days off.
Since I have done this routine consistently since July, is it possible I need another rest period? Does my routine appear to be to strenuous?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Just from an overview of your training outline it is not too much by any means. But if your intensity is very high, you can go overboard that way. Also, you are taking off too much time which allows your cock to fully recooperate back to it’s pre-training state, so you are kind of spinning your wheels in that respect. If you want a weekly schedule, try 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Or the basic 6 on 1 off.
