Am I Overworking?

Hey guys!

I have a doubt:
I am getting red spots in my glans and I attribute this to stretching.
I find it a little bit weird because my routine is pretty simple: just two series of 30-second stretches in each direction followed by 80 wet jelqs (and the warming throught the session)
I have gained what I consider to be a pretty nice amount (1.2 cm in two months)

I used to do the two sets without problems, but now If I do just one series, nothing happens, and when I do the second set, the red spots appear.
It’s worth mentioning that it is the only neutral-negative PI that I am experiencing.

Should I reduce it to just one set (so I keep gaining with a lesser amount of force) or should I keep doing the two sets?

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I do it 2 on, 1 off

Take a week off, see if your PIs come up to a better place. Take 2 if need be and start back with one set.

Could be overwork but a break should help. You may just need a new routine but we can assess that after the break.

Sounds like you may be getting too much blood in the glans during your stretch. I know this occurs often for those who hang weights and don’t get enough of the blood out of the glans before a set. You might consider squeezing all of the blood out of the glans before each stretch after you’ve regrouped as thoughtfulgold has suggested. Good luck.
