Am I Using Too Much Heat?
Hey guys .today is my second day second session. I have tries this before but not so consistent. I’m giving it another go.
So I was wondering about heat application. So here’s my routine.
5 min heat (hot wrap 3x until towel cools)
5 directional stretches
5 counter clockwise/counterclockwise.
Stretches
Pendulum stretches 30 sec each side
Thumb stretch at the base 30 secs. 3x
Hot wrap 5 min
10 min jelqing (technique not for reps)
Hot wrap
50 kegels with 5 sec. Hold with 4 sec rest.
First off is that too much for a newbie? Second.. Am I using too much heat. Is it necessary to use so much. I want to make sure the ligs stay loose for maximum benefit so there is no second guessing later on. Like I said I’m just starting back up and would really benefit I think from honest feedback.
