Veteran at PE and still no gains?

Ok I started doing PE nearly 4 years ago now. In my first couple of years, for the majority of it I used an extender for between 4-12 hours a day almost every day, didn’t gain a single fraction of an inch! I hung heavy weights with a bib hanger for around 6 months, went up to about 18 lbs, at least an hour a day and again no gains whatsoever accept it stretched my foreskin and the skin from the base of my penis has moved up so the base of my penis is lighter coloured than the rest! I gave it about 1 1/2 years off and have now started hanging weights again with a vac hanger, I’m using 8 lbs for 1/2 -1 hour a day. I have also used a bathmate for over 3 years and that only gives me temporary gains which I love yes but I really want some permanent gains!

I’m starting to believe it’s not possible to make your penis bigger permanently! Someone please help me, give me some advice? Much appreciated

Honestly, I’m unsure what to tell you. It sounds like you went hard and your penis toughened up on you to where it resisted everything you did. I’m surprised you didn’t injure yourself running extenders more than 5 hours in a day or hanging 18lbs. How many days a week were you doing PE? How many days per week were you taking off?

The only advice anyone is going to tell you is to stop for some months, let your tissue rest so you can get more done after your rest period is over. I recommend 3 months off and then try something simple. Honestly, once again…I’m unsure what to recommend.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I have read about over doing it can create the ‘turtle’ effect! Yeah well my dick hurt most the time that’s for sure and went purple using an extender! I was doing PE pretty much every day. Well I’ve had about 1 1/2 years off, only used the bathmate in that period. So now I’ve started up again on 8 lbs and will stay at that for a while and hope I’m not overdoing it? Could you tell me your weekly routine? That would be helpful. Many thanks again

I went over 4 years without gaining, eventually gained some length by vachanging after taking a break, it can be done.
Still not cracked it with girth though.

Biggest mistakes I made, overwork and spending too long on things that weren’t working.

Thanks for your reply it’s nice to know you was in my boat! All I want is a very small gain so I know it works then I will never give up!

Can you tell me your routine please?

My routines are listed in my methods in my signature. thoughtfulgold’s Method

You cannot, cannot, cannot do PE every single day and expect to gain. The best schedule that most use is 2 days on, 1 day off.

Also, if you were cold and purple in the extender that is BAD. You’re lucky you didn’t cause damage. Same with the hanger if you turned colors using it. You cannot gain doing that kind of abuse.

You need to take 90 days off…then start back on some routine that’s simple and do it either 2 days on, 1 day off. Or 1 day on, 1 day off. If you keep doing PE, you’ll just make the tissues tougher at this point.

I saw your routines, so you don’t do any hanging then? Just mainly hand exercises?

I hung 45-60mins a day one long set under IR heat for about 6 months, worked up slow to around 8-10lbs 5 days a week.
Started to have blister problems over 10lbs, didn’t want anymore length anyway.
I just use the hanger now for short duration manual stretches to help with girth work.

So not actually that much weight or length of time then! Did you stick at this for 4 years before you got results? I’m surprised you didn’t give up!

I only tried hanging after about 4 years of doing other things and not gaining, I never give up :)

I use a pump regularly. Or clamping. I do not hang. Period.

How did you deal with the blisters capernicus did you just leave it forever and It healed or did you use a special cream on the skin.

Usually stuck a needle in to drain them and left them for a few days.

Oh ok you used a vac hanger then. You mean blisters like the ones you get from a burn and not from smashing your finger right? I meant something more like dryness, cracking, scaling across the skin like alligator skin almost. You never had that type of problem from blood pushing through the skin when using a compression hanger?
