I have following newbieroutine now 5 weeks and I have been 2weeks off PE.When I start my lenqht was:13cm=5.11inch and now it is 14.5cm=5.70inch.This is amazing…Im so happy,I can fly :) …do this mean Im fast gainer :D ?

Congrats on your newbie gains thus far. Some of those gains will undoubtebly be an increase in erection quality, but gains are gains!
May I ask if this is a “pumped” measurement, ie - post workout measurement?

pumped measurent,what do you mean?
Pumped means “after workout”. If you measure directly after a workout the penis is generally larger than its “real” size, due to the jelqing.

I do not measure it after workout.I get a erection and measure it :) …..when im 8 inc :) what is cementing “routine?
