Amount of pulling force when stretching manually

Amount of pulling force when stretching manually

I know this question has been asked before, and I’ve searched. Although I’ve found some responses, I don’t have a clear idea yet (clarity or certainty in PE is hard to come by). I’ll ask this question in my own way:

I’ve just started a basic/newbie regimen, which includes ~5 minutes of 30-second stretches in all directions after a warm-up. When I’m pulling, I feel it at the base of my penis. I try to keep relaxed, not straining or struggling
much. I would describe the pulling sensation as enough to be uncomfortable, or slightly painful (not in any unexpected way, but just as any stretch can be uncomfortable to the point of pain). Is this enough?

I’m trying to take it easy, as I’ve been at it for only a few sessions. However, I want some gauge as to whether or not I’m pulling enough to make a difference and actually loosen up those ligaments, and prepare for more
intense pulling in the future, as it becomes necessary.

I assume that basing my actions on the feeling (as opposed to flaccid length of the stretch versus normal erect length, etc.) is a good approach. Thoughts?

Thanks for your time.

Thank you.

Thanks for the thanks :) .
