What if I jelq for two days and then stretch for one day, on my day off? I generally like to PE while I watch a half-hour show (or an hour show split in half). I would rather spend about 30min each day on it and develop a nice routine as opposed to more time per day. Unless this is not as effective/safe. Opinions?

I would think you could do everything at one time.

A thirty second manual stretch in each of five directions (up, down, right, left, straight out) takes only 2.5 minutes. Do that four times and you have used 10 minutes of your allotted 30. Get a partial erection and jelq with three-second strokes 300 times and you’ve used another 15 minutes.

Do that for five days and then take two off and you’ll probably see some gains in a month or so.
