Angion Method with Other Forms of PE
Let me start out by saying, Sorry Janus I know this is meant to be a stand alone method but… for the other stubborn SOB’s that just need to do a bit more for now and for discussions like Harusen brought up in the main thread about progression,
I wanted a separate thread to break up some of the topics and discussion.
On items that only Janus can answer, those still need to be asked/discussed on the main thread.
As for me, I have only played around with AM, I finally have a routine that after more then 6 months of zero gains, I am showing monthly results again and I am not willing to drastically change my routine at this time but I am willing to add this to what I am currently doing.
What about some of ya’ll?
