Angion Method with Other Forms of PE

Let me start out by saying, Sorry Janus I know this is meant to be a stand alone method but… for the other stubborn SOB’s that just need to do a bit more for now and for discussions like Harusen brought up in the main thread about progression,
I wanted a separate thread to break up some of the topics and discussion.

On items that only Janus can answer, those still need to be asked/discussed on the main thread.

As for me, I have only played around with AM, I finally have a routine that after more then 6 months of zero gains, I am showing monthly results again and I am not willing to drastically change my routine at this time but I am willing to add this to what I am currently doing.

What about some of ya’ll?

I think the Angion can only compliment other programs as it is supporting positive blood flow.

However, I found Janus claims relative to the physiological reasons behind how the AM works to be so profound that for me it was worth dropping all other forms to better understand if the “inside out” approach truly has merit for me.

If there is an exercise that I am missing, that doesn’t involve stretching, choking, and vacuuming my cock I want to know about it.

So that’s where my head is at.

Also, I have been at this for three years now, what’s a couple of months?

That said, nothing wrong with those that want to continue with their current program and add in the AM. Just one more science experiment on table!

@Litttle Engine: I agree, and yet: I stil don’t understand how length gains would be achieved - expansion of tunica? Sure. Lengthening without tunica and lig stretching? Dunno.

I think Janus has been pretty clear he thinks almost all traditional PE methods will damage or inhibit the forming of the micro blood vessels his method clains to create.

Yep

Assuming his claimed mechanisms are at work after being excited due to shear, I would agree that the process of growth after that might be a somewhat fragile event that needs rest.

But who knows….

Just going on theory here… and yes, that is exactly Janus’s stance.
But, he also said/implied all the benefits of an AM session are achieved within something like 14 hours. So, you do a stretch/hang/vac PE routine and then end it with the AM.
With your next session not being until ~23 hrs later that would allow AM to still complete its cycle and show some benefits, maybe?

That is kinda my thought process with adding this to the end of my routine.
It is either that or ignore this until I stop showing gains and then just try this as a stand alone next…

I would say absolutely but I kinda got hit with Decon breaks mean a break and no PE… but that makes perfect sense to me and would even help encourage me to take a Decon break every once in a while.

What’s the limiting factor for Angion?

Is there a limit to growth, is it linear provided consistent variables?

With legacy forms of PE growth is non linear and goes from faster gains in the beginning to creepingly slow gains after those newbie gains.

Iam part of this club.

Before I was playing around with it inbetween my normal routine doing a BE set here and there.

Now I am going to be doing my original 2 on 1 off routine of jelqing/manual clamp and on my off days I will be doing at least 1, 30 minute AM routine if not 2.

And like BD said, on a side note, this would seem to be optimal during Decon breaks, for maintenance of gains especially.

I do one day on and one day off for the AG. I am doing other forms of PE on the other days.
