I was thinking. I struggle to discover my lot because I can’t see any gland movement at any point. It’s most likely that I’m doing it wrong but I wondered, say, which is probable, that I have a lot lot meaning I should stretch at high angles & that I’ll unfortunately have slow gains would it be bad for me to continue stretching down low. In my routine I stretch everywhere for an equal amount of time. If my lot is low & I’m still stretching LOW does this mean my penis will not adapt to the higher stretching?

I’m coming to the same conclusion as microbrew.. This or the infamous “Seeing, not feeling” part of checking one’s LOT :)

But even if your LOT is supposedly low as long as it is still above 7:00 or 7:30 there can be much to gain from lig stretching.
I started with a LOT of 8:45 (which isn’t high really, but not too low either) and I gained a whole inch (and counting) simply by lig stretching.
As of now my LOT is around 8:15-8:30 (really hard to differentiate between those sub-angles).

Of course, it always depends on your body’s physiology. Listen to your body !

P.S: And no, as I had to find out in a painful way there’s no such thing as lower ligs.. At least not in a too stretchable way => If you try to stretch the lower ligs injury is almost surely to follow. :)

I never mentioned “low ligs”. My question was do stretching in an angle effect the opposite angle to it in a negative way?

I was just trying to help you to prevent doing some stupid mistake that I did ;-)
Manual “Up” stretching without holding at the base literally pulls at the lower “ligs” that are solely there for connecting the dick to the pelvic bone.. Nothing stretchable really (but they do hurt if pulled on).

In any case, the theory about LOT and manual stretching is this:
The higher your LOT the more “inner penis” is left => Pulled in by the ligs.
The lower your LOT is the less “inner penis” is left => Less pulled in by the ligs.

That’s why you should concentrate on lig stretching if you have a high LOT / on tunica stretching if you have a low LOT.
In between a high and a low LOT it’s mainly physiology which is different for everyone I guess. Go try some mild lig stretching (=>stretching in direction of your feet) and see if you are getting any gains within say 2-4 weeks.
If not, concentrate more on tunica stretching (I prefer to hold the dick at the base with one hand and pull the tunica with the other hand with a reverse ok grip below the glans/head.. => No pointless pulling on any ligs whatsoever, purely tunica pulling).

Of course your mileage can vary :)
