Concerned with my LOT
Ok I tested my LOT and I understand the entire theory behind it. I have a 8:00 lot a little bit below parellel. So basically I was reading that I should be streching straight up or just about my LOT around 10:00 and above. I was also reading doing the OTS hang would be good for my LOT also. Now the thing I read alot was that having a low lot you will achieve very low gains if any at all?? Is that correct and if it is, after strecthing on the higher angles for awhile do you change your lot and become a higher lot so you can start lig strecthing? Don’t know if i’m making any sense but let me know! Thanks
