Ok I tested my LOT and I understand the entire theory behind it. I have a 8:00 lot a little bit below parellel. So basically I was reading that I should be streching straight up or just about my LOT around 10:00 and above. I was also reading doing the OTS hang would be good for my LOT also. Now the thing I read alot was that having a low lot you will achieve very low gains if any at all?? Is that correct and if it is, after strecthing on the higher angles for awhile do you change your lot and become a higher lot so you can start lig strecthing? Don’t know if i’m making any sense but let me know! Thanks

Nope, I think you got it messed up. Hang Straight down and between the cheeks, ride out what resovoir of lot you have for a bit. Once it lowers itself down by getting “much” closer to the 6 O’Clock number. You have used up the “ease” of chasing gains in theory. Then you start doing the higher angles which is straight out, over the shoulder, etc… The 8’O clock number is nothing to worry about at all. You are decent.

That’s pretty much the way it is twatteaser. Your LOT really determines your ease of producing quick gains. With a 9 o’clock LOT or higher, by doing manual strecthing at low angle, you can hit the ligs and get pretty quick length gains. (um…not overnight, let’s be realistic) Once you have passed into the 8 or 7 o’clock range (even down to 6:30) you can still do low angle stretches and get results, they just won’t be quite as significant. Once you hit that LOT you are better off focusing on the tunica with higher angles and such. This will actually increase your lot (because you stretch the tunica past the ligs), and that is when the seesaw game begins.

Just keep in mind that the tuncia is harder to stretch than the ligs, so while results are possible, they will take longer to reveal themselves. Did that make ANY sense to ANYONE besides me?

Yeah, that made perfect sense. I think that’s possibly the position in which I am in now, so I’m doing a lot of straight up stretching to try and recover a higher LOT so I can stretch downwards again.


Start: 22 Mar 04: 6.5" BPEL x 4.6" EG & 6" head. As at: 1 Jan 05: 7.5" BPEL x 4.8-4.9" EG & 6.3" head.

Re-re-start!: 6 Feb 17: 6.9" BPEL x 4.9" EG & 5.5" head. As of: 23 Feb 17: 7.0" BPEL x 5.0" EG & 6.0" head.

Ideal: ASAP: 8+" BPEL x 5.5+" EG & 6.5+" head But will continue if the going is good!!

I’m not so sure you will get the same results for stretching as you would hanging.

Was the LOT not designed for hanging?

I think you can use both methods with lot. Both are stretching your wang, one is more passive but quite intense, while the other is more active. The degree of angles is what unites it really. That is how I see it.

So is it best to do one type of streching at a time or would you benefit just as much by doing both in one routine?

So should I be doing the BTC stretch for awhile until my LOT lowers?

totem, I wouldn’t say to focus solely one one type stretch at a time. I would spend more time on one rather than the other depending on your LOT.

Uhoh, that would be a good idea IMO.
