Another Newbie needs advice

Hi, new to this site, and I wondered if anybody could help me. I have been wet jelqing for about 3 weeks (30 mins each time every other day) and also doing PC exercises. I have noticed much harder erections and better orgasms! Basically I have very specific gains I want (not sure if that is normal or not):

1/2 inch in length, because some positions are painful for my girlfriend (so this gain is just for my ego alone)
1 inch in girth.

If I can achieve these I will be more than satisfied. So the question is: will the newbie workout give these gains, or, (especially for the girth which I am more interested in) are there more appropriate exercises, I have read about dry jelqs for example.

Also, how can you increase the girth at the base?

You are one of those guys whose starting point would be a goal for me.

I have made good gains from the newbie workout. There are specific things that address the girth, but you should stick with the newbie stuff for a while for two reasons:

1. Your penis gets conditioned to take more intense exercises. This seems to take a few months
2. You learn, slowly, what you can do and what you can not do.

Other than that, clamping seems to yield the most girth. You definitely should not attempt clamping as a newb. I would just Jelq maybe at 80% erection. It will result in more more girth. You will also get length gains.
