Any advice about my program?
Hello, I’m doing PE more than 1 year now, with no real gains. I would like to hear some advices about it, I don’t have much of private time.
Here it is:
1. 2-3 mins warming up with tower. Jelqing for 10 mins (3-4 sec pull). After 5 mins, left and right side stretching 3 sets of 30 sec. Kegling 1 set of 13. 2-3 mins warming up with tower. After few minutes going for LAS - 15-25 mins.
2. 2-3 mins warming up with tower. Jelqing for 10 mins (3-4 sec pull). After 5 mins, clamping - 2 sets of 10 mins, 5 mins break between sets.
3. Break day.
4. 2-3 mins warming up with tower. Jelqing for 10 mins (3-4 sec pull). After 5 mins, clamping - 2 sets of 10 mins, 5 mins break between sets.
