Well hello, I’ve been floating around Thunder’s for about three weeks now and PE’ing for the same amount of time - I had my first jelq the minute I got off-line! But only after a decent warm up with a hastily fashioned rice sock. By the way, mine is filled with jasmine rice and smells fantastic while still hot, but I don’t want to get into a whole jasmine vs basmati thing, (god I hope no-one’s filled their rice-sock with biryani).

So here’s the problem, I’m a good 7 inches BPEL and 4 1/2 inches EG, yep, that’s a slender cock, great for anal I hear you cry. Thing is, my cock just isn’t in proportion with the rest of my body, deep chest, wide back and thick legs, so that tends to exaggerate the slenderness of it. The last few weeks trawling through Thunder’s have convinced me that I can do something about that if I want too, which I do. What I specifically want to achieve is 5 inches EG, I’m sure there’ll be some incidental length gains but they’re not part of the plan at this stage.

I’ve been sticking with the Newbie routine, however I’ve omitted the stretches for obvious reasons. Anyway, the thing is, I’ve noticed that plenty of guys seem to be starting off at around 5 inches EG and maxing out around 6 inches EG, which begs the question where are the guys who started off in the 4-5 range ending up, and how did they get there? I’d love to hear some advice or success stories from guys who started off well under 5 inches EG.

I figure I’ll keep going with the newbie routine for at least another three weeks, start incorporating some Ulis at that stage, then if all is well some Horse 440’s down the road.

PS. Haven’t measured for gains yet, but MAD increase in vascularity and hardness of erections! Gotta love that!

I started at 4.5 EG, I am now 5.5 EG. Girth has been a beast to me. Clamping and pumping seem to be really helping guys out here.

Looks like you have things figured out. Nice to see people reading and learning on their own first.

One tip (and I have said it a lot lately). Don’t cut out the stretches. Stretching isn’t only for gaining length. It will also making gaining girth easier. When you stretch it loosens things up to promote better growth all around. Now, you don’t want to focus on stretching, but don’t neglect it totally either. Just a tid bit of advice that was passed down to me.

If you have time you can pump before sex. I have a normal EG of about 5.25, but after pumping can get it as high as 6.25. Be extremely carefull when pumping. Read all the info on this forum, I didn’t and got some painfull water blisters all over the head of my cock when I first started. The blisters were so painfull that any time my cock would come in contact with my girfriend, my erection would die immediately. Buy a pump with a pressure gauge on it also. That way you can SLOWLY increase the pressure. I can tell you from experience, that I have not gotten any permanent increased girth from pumping, but it may help you for your confidence until the other exercises bring your girth up.

PE offers solid resources when it comes to girth. In the first place, stick to the newbie routine, jelqing is excellent to develop girth. Before attempting to do Uli’s, Horses, Bends, Clamping and any excercise that involves high internal pressures that have the potential to damage the vascular system of your penis, including the Corpora Cavernosa and Corpus Spongiosum, please devote several months to condition your dick through this newbie routine. It will pay good dividends and you’ll play on the safe side. Later, as the tissues are ready to take more intensity, gradually add those exercises.

Pumping is great for girth, as long as you do it carefully (read Pumping 101 by Avocet8 in the pumpers forum), it can be incorporated in your routine in a couple of weeks, too.

I’d prefer a set of PE Cheerleaders fresh out of Thunder’s Summer Camp. Man, I’d have no problem with routine if I had 4 sets of pompoms with all the visual benefits attached cheering me on. Motivation would be an issue of yore.
