Any Exercises Whilst Erect ??

I was wondering if there were any exercises I could do whilst totally erect, like the stretching of ligaments or something.

I’ve looked around and haven’t found anything so sorry if if there is and I’m waisting everyones time.

I’m also thinking of buying a penis pump, would this help or is Jelqing enough. I’m sure there are posts out there on penis pumps but I find the search a bit useless, don’t know if it’s just me but I can never seem to what I want. It would be nice if it went more on the subject/title/topic other than words used in the post, (just a thought tho, and it’s not that I’m moaning either it’s the only thing on the site thats no good)

If you are a Newbie, and I assume you are, then you probably should wait until your penis is conditioned before you do any exercises fully erect (that doesn’t include hanging which should be done completely flaccid). This would be at least a few months.

I jelq and do squeezes with almost a full erection now, but I have be at PE since July 2003. An injury can set you back. Just read various threads on this for more information.

Jesse, Welcome to Thunder’s. This place is awesome and so very helpful if you are serious and use it correctly. I know there is a lot of info and can be very overwhelming. Since I have been a member I have read through most of the 11 pages of threads in the newbie forum and about half the main members forum. Just take time and sit down and read read read. If you are really serious about PE you’ll find a way to do that.

I personally wouldn’t do any exercises whilst erect (even if you are experienced). That much strain on a penis can’t be good no matter how conditioned it is IMHO. Read around a bit. It is stated over and over throughout the various threads that exercising while erect should only be left to the most experienced of PEers (the vets). Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info and encouragement guys. The advanced search has helped a lot to, but still not sure about pumping, I’ve heard pumping gains are only temporary. Is it possible to cement these gains?

Or is pumping just a lazy version of jelqing?

I actually heard stories of men losing their Pre-PE measurements also! For example, if before PE they was 6.25 and got up to 6.75 or 7, then they took off when they come back they could be 6!

I pe’d without knowing it for year by lying on my erections (pointing down) or rotating it like a second hand and putting it under my thigh then pushing down, I could keep like this fever, when it went down a little I would raise my thigh and it would get hard again

As I got use to it I kept pushing my thigh down, hurts like hell and I like it

My gf does this for me know, she had put her thigh (or even foot on it hehe in bed, other times she will bend it down and blow me, that is pretty sick feeling, but I digress)

Also try erect bends (do a search)

Bottom line is this has helped me get some sick size..

So you mean like lig stretching? When I’m lig stretching flaccid I can hardly feel the ligs being stretched, but when I pull down on a full erect dick I can really feel the stretch in the ligs, surely if I’m real careful and not damage myself this is better, or are there other side effects to it as well?

(I’ve got a high LOT so I do need lig stretching)

And also, I didn’t want to make a new thread for this because it’s kinda non PE related but, I’d currently growing my hair ( on my head) and it would really help my PEing if I trimmed my pubic hairs. What I want to know is would trimming/shaving my pubics slow my head hair growth. Weird question I know but I’d appreciate an answer.

I’m assuming you mean on the top of your body head. Trimming one part of your body does not slow down growth in another area, are you retarded?

Erect beds target only part of the ligs, not very efficient, but great fun hehe

When jelquing do a reverse kegal (the relax/push you do when peeing, try it in a hot shower and pull it in all directions

Don’t do any types of erect PE unless you’ve pe:d for a long time
