Any info on proper C-Grip

Hello all,

I’ve extensively searched around this forum and outside of it but I have found no description of how to actually perform the C-Grip or what it is. I have seen one picture at the Jelq video tutorial, but it shows two hands using thumb and index finger on both sides, is that it?
Could someone give me a link to a proper description or maybe have a picture or drawing of this?

Thanks for your reply, although this makes me wonder, are V-grip and C-Grip essentially the same with the opening to the bottom and gripping from above? I’m not sure if I can build up the pressure properly using V-grip because the blood flows around the pressure points. Maybe it just needs more practice.
