Here is the the good news, of the people I know, that were able to get gains back going…. it was by going back to the basics (Newbie routine).

The EQ has dropped a bit but not to the point of ED.

Its still good when i wanna have sex but its not the It goes up by itself just by having a sexy thought.

Yes, it’s fine to be a grower, but I am of the opinion a grower is dues to less skin from to the cut and showers have more. Yes, gained an inch with manual. Not exactly newbie but basically. No real changes to sex in the beginning, but I definitely have lost some sensation from hanging but I consider that a good thing. In other words, I last longer. I fap afterwards. Seems natural to me.

Nah, that is just not true though.. I live in the Netherlands and we don’t get cut at birth.. I have experienced uncut until age 20-21 I believe so I can speak for both sides.. I always have been a grower. And so has 2 friends of mine been. (the others that I have seen/ know off are showers) I feel where you are coming from since I have not been pleased with my size and also not flaccid size. My circumcision was not the tightest but it’s definitely not loose and I’m still the same grower as I was with full sized foreskin. Also before the circumcision I could fully retract so it isn’t that I got held back in any matter. BUT there is another side. I done some research in google scholar before and a lot of researches stated that being a grower could also do because of other physical matters. Like the state of wellbeing/ feeling nervous/ hyped/ happy/ scared. Anyway what I have experienced is that after being cut with skin that perfectly fits/ has a little extra when flaccid is that we are just unlucky :) Ps. I will fap afterwards too then, can’t handle doing it later lol

Yes, make a progress thread and it is a great way to keep track of things and ask questions.

Everyone is different but for me, my best month was ~1/4” gain and my best three month stretch was ~1/2” gain. Both those numbers are in length as I have never done anything specific for girth (like you, I had decent starting girth numbers).

The Newbie thread information is still relavent and kept current by the mods. It is the recommended place to start.

My biggest lesson learned.. No matter what is bouncing around in your head.. No matter how much ‘better’ you think you can make your routine.. DON’T EVER CHANGE UP A ROUTINE THAT IS STILL PRODUCING MEASURABLE GAINS.

What is not different:
My angle of my erection is still straight up and against my stomach.
My erection is still rock hard and didn’t become soft like some of the big dicks in porn.
Shape, etc is all the same.

What is different:
I had to re-teach myself how to last longer during intercourse.
Reaching new areas, the visual of having more (I do like the new visual), having more surface area being stimulated and feeling good.. All lead to a couple of releases that were sooner then I was used to and kinda caught me by surprise.
I was average size before but I always could last a long time during intercourse.. Like 30-60 minutes long when we wanted to.
I just needed to retrain myself a bit to not get too excited too soon, lol.

Haha thats why I give myself a 1.5 year goal. I have been going to the gym for 4-5 years 5-6 times a week and I know how slow progress is in those things. We all want quick results though. I will make a progress log with my newbie routine/ startup and some questions about buying a pump (after a while) and I’ll tag that in here. I’m still doing some reading so I haven’t started PE yet. That is because I literally found Thundersplace like 4 days ago. Also I have to do more research about jelqing or make a question post.

About not changing the routine. The producing measurable gains part, what do you think is going to be a threshold? Like if you arent growing more than 1/4 inch in 3 months?

Nice so it literally is going to be just dick * 1.2 = new dick haha. Well I have problems with intercourse anyway because of the oversensitive thing I talked about. But I will find a way to fix that particular problem. If my glans itself is less sensitive my whole problem goes away. When the numbing cream still worked and even when just a bit numbed it was all perfect.

The thing what I’m most excited about Mike is the fact that stuff like doggy or missionary are just easier to reach even with my tank build. Also I think girl on top will be way easier with an extra inch right?

I haven’t really had any gains from PE yet I think. I have been very inconsistent with it due to a lot of factors. I do have a different measurement now but I think it was due to some natural growth but it wasn’t much. Maybe I did gain a bit in one of those very inconsistent tries but it would be hard to tell.

Are you hopping back on the train now then? And that sounds about right. With the inconsistency I mean. Given that SO many people here gain like an inch in a year. But thats a year of a solid schedule. Are you going to start regularly again?? And thanks :) With the mental mistakes I had in the past about fixing things or fixing my body. I now know it is important to just take the time. Before I found this forum I felt so bad about my current size I KEPT comparing it to everything I saw laying in the bathroom etc. Then I read on small penis syndrom and I found out that I SHOULDN’t be complaining so much. I’m a big guy with big hands etc. So for me it may look small but fact is that those 5.1 inches in girth did stretch some of the more petite girls I dated really well lol. Now that I actually have hopes (if I’m not a hardgainer) to get like a 6 incher. I would be so pleased with that and fix at least a part of my mental issues. I also agree with what Mike said, about sticking with something that is working, and how stopping and then trying to restart doesn’t work well.

My stats without any experience: BPEL 5.1” and EG 5.2”. (lol at EG being bigger than BPEL?)

It is pretty much established in the PE community that shorter starting length=bigger gains in length.

There are so many guys that went from 5-7” countless number of guys.

There are not one single guy that went from 8” to 10”.

It’s in my profile. But briefly, 30-60 minutes pumping in the morning followed by short (3-5 minute) manual stretches a few times throughout the day, weekdays.

One thing that isn’t listed in the profile, I’d often pump until I had some excess fluid buildup and then I would wrap my unit up with some elastic sports tape to try to squeeze the fluid out while maintaining the just out of the pump length. 2: Is there any way to know if I will be a hardgainer or gain proper? None that are 100% sure. I saw no significant progress for a year which made me think I was a hard gainer. However, once I got consistent and hit just the right routine, my progress was steady over an extended period of time

3: I’m aiming to gain a full inch, but I also work full time so I will not have time to go for 4 hours of equipping an extender… Sounds like an issue only if you’re enamoured of the idea of using an extender but many of us included myself have gotten good gains from manual exercises alone.

4: What if I gained an inch the coming 1,5 year for example and I stop after. Will that remain the rest of my life or decrease? Agree with others that if you keep those gains for let’s say a year, most of those gains are probably cemented permanently.

5: Will there be any negatives on my erections/ sexlife after PE for a long time? If you hit your mind and body with too much (too much P.E. and/or too much porn) your EQ can definitely suffer. Took me about 6 months to fully realize that fact and several more to fully recover (by backing off on both P.E. and porn use).

6: I was circumcised 3 years ago, the skin is pretty tight if I would gain length. Would that also stretch properly with it? Probably due to the fact that one’s skin stretches as part of the P.E. process (that new length has to be covered by something and in the process my shaft’s skin has not gotten tighter or looser for that matter). I’ve even specifically (and successfully) done some stretching of penile skin to help relieve a slight turkey neck issue that was beginning to develop.

Also, how active is this forum?? It looked quite active and I NEVER heard of it. Shame on me.
I mean I am not expecting a huge post of you per se! Anything will help but I really need some motivation here :) We happily share what we have learned but with mainstream thought saying P.E. just ain’t possible, this island stays remarkably obscure despite it offering one of the most sought after solutions to what so many men dream of.

P.s I can post starting pics… Even if you don’t post them, take them for yourself. I so wish I had as it’s sometimes hard to believe the gains I’ve experienced, since the changes were so gradual.
