Hi there.

I’m new at the forum and I see there’s a lot of you who started at like 6-7 inch BPEL. I was wondering how many of you actually started out at 5-5.2” and can share some experience/ progress with me.
I did a lot of research on stuff like penile injections and lengthening (I don’t want to get a surgery don’t get me wrong) but in the medical research I go through, you basically don’t want to do those things. There are not many long term researches that went well. Of course for some people, but in general stuff like those injections can lead to a number of things that require reconstructive surgery.

I am 185cm which is like 6 foot 1 tall and 105 kg. When I’m totally lean I’m 88-90 kg ish. See I am a pretty big guy so 5 inch makes me super insecure which is shitty. I never had any complaints but stuff like the girl on top is just hard with a lot of body shapes.

So here I am! I read some on jelqing years ago, but I always just thought it was not good for your penile health on the long run. I did not do any research. I am 23 and I think I was about 18 when I read some info. I still have a lot of reading to do. But for those who reply to this post. I also have some questions!

1: Is gaining 1 inch for me a realistic goal with my size?!
1.5: Is it so that bigger starting BPEL means more room for improvement? Just because of 1 inch being less percent wise compared to a 5 incher like me?
2: Is there any way to know if I will be a hardgainer or gain proper?
3: I’m aiming to gain a full inch, but I also work full time so I will not have time to go for 4 hours of equipping an extender I see a lot of people do. Is this still possible?
4: What if I gained an inch the coming 1,5 year for example and I stop after. Will that remain the rest of my life or decrease? I mean muscles have the same principle but I know that the penis is not a muscle so how does this work?
5: Will there be any negatives on my erections/ sexlife after PE for a long time? The vacuums and stuff sound quite scary.
6: I was circumcised 3 years ago, the skin is pretty tight if I would gain length. Would that also stretch properly with it? Skin is starting to look more like the rest of the penis than before finally.

Also, how active is this forum?? It looked quite active and I NEVER heard of it. Shame on me.
I mean I am not expecting a huge post of you per se! Anything will help but I really need some motivation here :)

My stats without any experience: BPEL 5.1” and EG 5.2”. (lol at EG being bigger than BPEL?)

First of all, length is good for eyes, girth is good for feelings. Physically vagina has most of receptors at the entrance and first 3-4 inches. So difference between short and long isn’t so important as difference between thin and thick. That’s why you have quite good size. 5.1 BPEL is around average and most of guys have around that, but 5.2 EG is big and you are in the thickest list of most women. Maybe not top1 (only for some), but definitely top3. Ok, closer to topic.

1. Most of guys can get 1 inch in length. Sometimes 2 is possible, rarely 3. I guess that’s mix of patience, efforts, genetics and other factors. Can’t guarantee how much you get, but I don’t think that depends so much on starting size, I’ve seen guys here with 3-4in starting sizes and they still got very good results, significantly above average. But i suppose that depends on shower/grower. Some people barely have difference between flaccid and erect sizes, usually that’s around 1.5x ratio, but sometimes people have twice or even bigger. In other words their flaccid can be 3 inches, but 7 or even more during erection. That might be harder for them to gain, because they have such absurd elasticity, but i suppose that can also allow them a bigger potential.
2. You can see results in ~3 months. Many people can get around 1/3 or 1/2 inch length or even more with newbie routine. If you won’t, then either you didn’t use enough of heat, did something wrong, or you are hard gainer. Sometimes it’s mix or not fitting exercise. For example, i did newbie routine for about half a year and I easily got length from stretching, but zero girth. It was absolutely same, but later I tried pump and got significant girth increase in few weeks.
3. I don’t know which exercise is better, but people easily gain with 20-40 minutes routines. That’s more than enough. But for sure that’s slightly different approach. Extender and hanging use small stress over long time, other exercises usually focus on mid or even strong stress over short time.
4. You can lose a bit, but usually around full size remains. The longer you stay with bigger size, the less chance for contraction. Temporary gain (few weeks) can contract from half to full amount, but gain in such long time frame as year should remain completely.
5. Proper PE makes erections stronger, so no problem here. But you can actually get higher sensitivity and cum faster. Then you either enjoy new feelings or do edging or other exercise to prolong. Another problem, you can increase size too much. For example, girth around 5.5 might be problematic for blowjob and less likely women would like to try anal. Quickie might get hard too, because the thicker your penis is, the more she needs to be aroused and lubricated.
6. Yes. Skin can be stretched same way and usually does naturally.

So that 5.2 inch EG is actually good then. I just always felt bad about the total picture because it’s not what I wanted it to be. Plus the fact that sex is sometimes hard to reach certain positions because of my size/ wide hips. About what you said with the ratios, my flaccid to erect ratio is x2. And thats if my d is warm and relaxed. So I am definitely a grower, I thought about that before. And what you are saying about the heat, I take two showers every day. One in the morning and one in the evening after the gym. That is enough heat right, a nice and warm shower? And one other thing about the sensitivity you are mentioning. I do have some problems with sensitivity now because of the adult circumcision. The glans is overly sensitive but it is getting better each year. Went to the hospital and all that did was give me lidocaine, for which I am now immune after using it like 10 times lol. And now pills called priligy. I’m not fund of this, I hope that it gets better soon. But for now I’m going to focus on this PE which I actually have influence on. So let’s assume that sensitivity won’t really matter because that already is a problem. Won’t PE have like long term problems because of all the damage we did? It still sounds a bit like a miracle after all this time searching for a solution. And now here on this forum I see progress pics of people that gained like an inch AND the photos don’t lie. All I can think is what the fuck so this actually makes it a full glans bigger. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. But it actually is :o

And so if I start with a newbie routine which adds length, adding a pump later ( with extensive research) will give overall gains?

Yes, your girth is pretty good and I think most users here will agree. Me myself would like to have your girth.

When qweqweqad said heat, he was referring to the heat you apply right before the exercises. Most people here agree that it’s crucial to get gains but there are a lot of people who also say the lack of it only means a slower growing rate.

After you gain length you can work on your girth. Many people suggest going for your length goal first and then go for your girth goal. Of course you can work on both at the same time but it could lead to over training.

I started at 5.1 bone pressed erect length (in my stats it says 5.25” but I pushed the straight edge in so hard I drew blood…. lol, so really 5.1) and 5” mid shaft erect girth.

Everyone gains differently but PE works. I went my first three months with zero gains… zero. I haven’t heard many with that type of start but I did it.
Month four I saw 0.10” length gain and then after 12 months of PE my bone pressed erect length was 6.35” without drawing any blood with the straight edge, lol.

Everyone is different but figure out how to be consistent with your routines and be willing to pop in here and ask questions and give updates.

I am starting at 5.5 BPEL. Been at it for about 2 weeks. Haven’t noticed any length gains but girth looks fuller. I pump twice a day while in the shower and wear a stretcher for 3 hrs a day 6 days a week. Hoping for 6 inch

I can’t answer why that works. Only theory. General idea is because we have elastin. That’s similar principle to many elastic things we have like socks, gloves, tights and so on. And as many can notice, after repeated cycle of stretching those things become loose. Such explanation is very crude, but very easy to understand. We stretch our elastin and each time it shifts to bigger range. Negative things about that? I’m not sure. That basically leads to losing some elastic property and flaccid becomes bigger what actually is rather positive. Some harm to body? Hard to say, because we aren’t doctors. But that’s very similar to something like skin stretching and I never heard about harm from that. Complains yes, people after losing big weight or after pregnancy often deal with excess skin. But harm? I don’t know.

Another important topic is erection. There are two things about PE. One as previously said to increase expansion of connective tissue (elastin for penis), and second is to actually fill that space. Usually people get both benefits at the same time, but sometimes speed differs. As result we can get 3 situations:
1. When blood delivery system gets more benefits than expansion of connective tissue, we get harder erections without much of size change.
2. When it’s same speed, we get size increase without much of difference.
3. When expansion is faster, we get weaker erection with bigger size.
There is no big problem about that, because there are different exercises. It’s just something to know about and maybe change routine or intensity. Usually people aim to something between 1 and 2. To get slightly stronger erection and to get size increase. But it’s important to know, overtraining and huge stress can actually harm blood delivery system and person would get weaker erection without any size increase. Although that takes a bit of time to recover, there is no sense and reason to do that. It’s not race and better to start with something light and see if that gives results. If not, then to change something or increase intensity.

And we usually use heating before/during exercise. That’s actually very common practice in sports too. Warm up makes stretching easier, gives faster results and prevents traumas. From scientific point of view, higher temperature makes elastin more plastic, so you can change size more easily.

Pretty sure I started around the 5” mark waaaaaaay back in the day. It’s entirely possible to add an inch to your length, girth is harder. Whether or not you’ll lose your gains really depends on whether or not the gains were cemented. I lost about an inch after taking a break for almost 6 months but it doesn’t bother me.

As for negatives, you don’t actually need to get any vacuum pumps or the like. The newbie routine will be good enough for the most part. The only real negative is when you get so big that it hurts your partner and she gets mad knowing you’re actively trying to make your unit bigger.

Can’t help you with the whole circumsized thing, I’m still uncut

Maybe I should make a progress post in which I post my starting routine, ask for advice and keep the people interested updated? Like I would ask you some wisdom about what you would do different if you had to go back in time. Also wasn’t it weird that you had the 5.1 inch like me your whole life and then all of a sudden its more than an inch bigger?? How sick is that lol. I just still can’t imagine that this is even a thing.. I’m gonna read all about that link you posted btw thanks! P.s Is that guide still up to date since it is from 2004?! No major changes in the way we should do it? Did you notice any other difference than size in sex with them GAINS?? And how did you experience the new size?!

@qweqweqad1, my skin there needs to get tougher anyway so maybe the stretching would actually cause it to rebuild some thickess and less sensitivity. Which because of the adult circum is taking long. Excess skin won’t be a problem here so thats nice:) . About the 3 situations: I was just worried that if I have a 6 incher, maybe I would have a semi boner only instead of full filling of blood. But now I understand that PE doesnt damage the erection. Atleast nobody of the proper gainers are reporting that? I actually have super solid erections, so solid that sometimes it hurts like a rock lol. That is for example if I already had sex that day or 10-30 min before. It gets way harder than normally. Maybe my body is telling me to grow that boy for years :moonface:. And so you would say that doing the excercises during a shower is perfect then? Given the whole body is warm and the penis too?

@bsdnix, So on what length are you now?? How did you experience the cementing? Given you said you lost an inch in a break? An inch sound a lot to not be cemented if I read different posts? I started hanging that day and believed in PE ever since.

Main reason I posted is that it is interesting to read of the circumcision. I think mine was a pretty rough job and one of the main reasons I was smaller and for why I turtle. There are others who have said the same thing. There is also a thread somewhere of guys under 5 and there were a lot. Quite a few poor dudes with micro penises too who wished for 5”.

I suppose PE in shower should be fine. Just to make sure, proper heating takes 5-10 minutes, because you want to increase temperature inside penis too.

What exactly do you mean with turtle? I mean because mine isnt so big flaccid it also hides a bit in certain conditions, but its fine since we are growers not showers right? So you gained an inch with only the newbie routine?? Thats stretching and jelqing right? Il start with that pre written one too. And did you notice any chances in like time to orgasm during sex? Also can I fap to orgasm after a routine??

I have done active penis enlargement for 2-1/2 years…. when I started I had only planned on doing this for six months but… lol.

Yes, make a progress thread and it is a great way to keep track of things and ask questions.

Everyone is different but for me, my best month was ~1/4” gain and my best three month stretch was ~1/2” gain. Both those numbers are in length as I have never done anything specific for girth (like you, I had decent starting girth numbers).

The Newbie thread information is still relavent and kept current by the mods. It is the recommended place to start.

My biggest lesson learned…. no matter what is bouncing around in your head… no matter how much ‘better’ you think you can make your routine…. DON’T EVER CHANGE UP A ROUTINE THAT IS STILL PRODUCING MEASURABLE GAINS.

What is not different:
My angle of my erection is still straight up and against my stomach.
My erection is still rock hard and didn’t become soft like some of the big dicks in porn.
Shape, etc is all the same.

What is different:
I had to re-teach myself how to last longer during intercourse.
Reaching new areas, the visual of having more (I do like the new visual), having more surface area being stimulated and feeling good… all lead to a couple of releases that were sooner then I was used to and kinda caught me by surprise.
I was average size before but I always could last a long time during intercourse…. like 30-60 minutes long when we wanted to.
I just needed to retrain myself a bit to not get too excited too soon, lol.

Doing it all during a shower seems good to me. Some people say it’s even easier to get gains when you’re applying heat all the routine long.

I haven’t really had any gains from PE yet I think. I have been very inconsistent with it due to a lot of factors. I do have a different measurement now but I think it was due to some natural growth but it wasn’t much. Maybe I did gain a bit in one of those very inconsistent tries but it would be hard to tell.

Mike, have you had instances where you switched to a different method while still gaining, regreted it but later went back to the method and have it still work?

i think i stopped newbie routine to soon (after 7-8 weeks i think) to go the device route.

Now im going back to newbie routine + a few things but i really hope that it works.
