Hey, for a while I’ve been a bit insecure of my size. I’m justtttt under 6” in length, and justtttt over 5” in girth.

I’ve searched a few times online to see if there was anything I could do but all I came up with was yahoo answers and advertisement of pill bs etc so I didnt really think much of it and just accepted my size.

I came across this site though in an answer on yahoo answers today when I was bored, and checked it out and was thinking WOW theres a whole community here etc, it must actually work? And then I started checking threads and seeing peoples progress and holy shit it seems too good to be true haha.

Well I’m 18, and would like to increase my size, but before any of that I need to ask are there any negative longterm effects? Weakening of the tissue etc? I know I read here that doing all this actually gives you a healthier penis but I keep reading elsewhere that the wear and tear isnt good for you in the longrun?

Any scientific facts you guys can give me or show me? :S

The science has never studied PE. Even anecdotal PE is very new, so where can you find answers about the long term effects? Who knows, 100 years from now our penises will be dead. Wait…100 years from now I will be dead too.

Seriously, arguments you hear about dangers of PE are pretty similar to old arguments about dangers of weight training (you are too young to know them I suppose). PE is somewhat similar to physical training, a systematic and wise regimen will make your penis healthier, overdoing will not do any good. It’s not a ‘scientific’ answer, just common sense.

Alright, thanks for the response. And I do workout and push my body to the extreme every weekday.

It’s just the penis seems sensitive. I don’t want to hurt the medium-sized (hopefully soon big) guy.
I’m definitely going to try and start this though.

Is it like working out in the way that if I stop I’ll lose my gains? Is it hard to maintain gains if I feel one day my size is big enough? Does that day ever even come? Haha

Also, what kind of gains can I expect after doing this for like 3 months? Or a year? I guess everyones different, but it just seems crazy the kind of gains that can be made!

I am a newbie here as well, so I know that feeling of fear before starting. As marinera said, most of the evidence is anecdotal. But, why would such a large community of people from all over the world lie about this? There is no profit to be made, no membership fees, no items being sold. This isn’t a ‘product’. If you notice, several members have even made a donation to the site to keep it running.

The results vary widely. Most people make some kind of gain. Some gain a lot. Some gain nothing. And yes, a few get injured. To maximize your results, make sure you do your research properly and do a penis inventory.

Finally, use common sense, and don’t overwork your penis. I did about 2 months worth of research and lurking before I started.

Even if you decide not to start, rest assured that you are at a great size. In fact, your size is my long term goal through PE. At 6 inches you are longer than ~70% of all males (source: lifestyles study). Your girth is also slightly above average. Also, there is a chance that you will grow even more since you are just 18. Do random sprints, lift HEAVY, get a lot of sleep and slip in some fasting. These will help churn as much natural growth out of you considering you’re 18 years old. Natural growth should take precendence over PE exercises (although you could still slip them in slowly).

Thanks guys! I’m getting off for now but I will look into everything tomorrow!

Also, I’m done growing 100%. I had my growth spurt when I was like 12-14/15 and ever since then I’ve been 6 feet, all my friends have caught up to me in height :( [though I’m not one to complain, 6 feet is more than tall enough] and the only weight I’ve put on is from eating a lot and working out.

Also, if I recall correctly my penis size hasnt changed much if at all in the past few years.

Also I’m not sure if I’m the only one here but as of now the thought of squeezing blood into the head of my penis or breaking capillaries etc (havent looked into it enough, I’m just saying THAT kind of thing) makes me gag a bit lol. I’m sure once I start ill see it isnt that bad though and of course ill do it properly and safely and itll be worth it!
