Any tips for not having alot of time?
I was a student until yesterday, so I thought that during the semester (the next five months), I would have plenty of time to start the newbie routine. I have a wife and kids and privacy is an issue. I have been using an extender and light manual exercises for a few months, but not too much time on either. I found out my wife cheated on me so now I’m feeling insecure about my size. Because of that and the uncertainty of our relationship, I also took a Full-time job so I’m estimating that I might be able to devote 45min a morning to PE. Maybe some time after work to maybe do something along the lines of extending or pumping for a short amount of time.
I just measured today and am at 6.75” BPEL and 4.5” MSEG. I really want to get my Girth up to 5” for my short term goal. I’m not too concerned with length, but would like to be at 7.5”- 8” BPEL because I have about an inch of fat pad that hides a lot. I’m not fat at all and in pretty good shape, but that fat pad hides a lot.
I think 45 minutes is enough time to do the newbie routine for a few weeks. I am just thinking ahead to figure out what I am going to do after. I am currently using a lot of heat, putting on the extender for 5min at a good stretch, jelqing for about 10-12 minutes and then showering. I do my Kegels at lunch when I am sitting down. I like the idea of maybe adding a pumping routine in a few weeks, maybe after work. I have to research some basic routines for that, but I figure I would keep it simple and not over do it. I’m not one to rush results. Currently I am doing 2 days on and 1 day off.
Any words of advice or support I really appreciate. We have kids so we are working on staying together. I used to be smaller on the girth side than I am now, and notice she orgasms more frequently now that I am at 4.5”. When I am really hard, I’m sure its a slight bit more.
