Any tips on ANS?

Does anyone here have experience with ANS (all night stretching) - Tips for maximizing session length without accidents/injury, and on modulating tension strength?

I’m not seeing much about this here on the forums and searching for ANS unfortunately gets autocorrected as searching for "AND".

It is not recommended on this site to do any PE while sleeping. Could lead to catastrophic damage.

That being said, I have worn a cock ring all night many times. Unfortunately, I also am up a few times a night.

When your doing PE and your conscious, if you feel pain, you’d adjust or take off whatever that is. When sleeping, your penis goes through many involuntary erections. Your extender can also get caught in the sheets, you may roll over, get kicked down there by a kid sneaking into your bed, anyhow being unconscious and if your a deep sleeper like me, I’d might wake up one day with a broken penis. This is why among many reasons I also stopped fowfers at night. I sleep with my dick laying on the side or pointing up. I woke up with pain one morning because I have been sleeping with it tucked down with weighted sheets. I have plenty of time in the day to do extending. I haven’t tried all night cock ring, I’m scared of waking up with a dead cock and have to explain to my wife that her husband just became a natural trans ftm

Thanks guys, ah yeah, all valid points and makes sense. No wonder ANS appears to be largely uncharted territory due to those risks. That being said, it might still potentially work, but under very specific restrictions. Like light tension only, no hard devices (so basically this leaves things like the soft sleeves, maybe attached to the torso so that your unit is straight up against your stomach and nothing can get in between), and maybe an alarm every 3 hours just in case.

The only pain I could imagine in this scenario might be the glans having fallen asleep. But I’ve had my entire arms fall asleep many times due to sleeping positions, and at a certain point it just wakes me up naturally, and there’s no harm done.

I can also see a problem where things slip out and the tension is completely lost, but you don’t notice it because you’re asleep. In that case no harm done either.

It’s still an interesting proposition in my view because it completely frees you up during the day and you can potentially rack up a lot of hours under tension per week, but looks like it might take some creativity and a lot of risk-mitigating to pull off safely.

Not worth it.

Yeah, definitely a "do at your own risk" type of thing (then again, I would put PE training into that category as well - It’s just that some things are riskier than others).

I used to wear a low tension ans which was just a vac hanger and a light cord connected below my knee. One night I woke up confused and in pain; as my brain came back to life I realized what it was… I had a rock-hard erection that girthed my penis beyond the cup size. I tore that gear off immediately and luckily there were no signs of damage then or later. My immediate solution was to switch to a larger cup, which I did for the following month before quitting for reasons unrelated to concern.

Looking back, I can’t be certain about how much it might have helped but after a little more consideration, I don’t think I’ll be doing that again. The way I see it, being conscious and immediately aware of problems is vital since my goal is to have a big and functional member not a dysfunction or deformity
