Anyone had gains from an ads or adh

Has anyone had gains from an ads or all day hanging?
I have constructed a cock coil and while it is easy to use by stretching it out to put tension on my unit, I just want to make sure that I am not wasting my time.
I clamp 20min 2x a day and wear a cc during the day to keep it extended.

Any feed back or ideas on this?
