Anyone have difficulty getting beyond 7.5 inches BPEL
Here’s my routine:
1. Hot wrap
2. 10 thirty-second stretches
Straight stretch (x2)
Pull overhand ok grip
Add 2nd hand
Left stretch (x2)
Pull overhand ok grip
Start straight stretch then add 2nd hand
Shift direction
Right stretch (x2)
Pull overhand ok grip
Start straight stretch then add 2nd hand
Shift direction
Downward stretch (x2)
Pull overhand ok grip
Start straight stretch then add 2nd hand
Shift direction
Upward stretch (x2)
Pull overhand ok grip
Start straight stretch then add 2nd hand
Shift direction
2. 10 minutes wet jelq
Apply vaseline
Ok grip
PUSH grip forward
Repeat w/ other hand
4. Hot wrap
3. 10 minutes of kegels of five second holds each
Crunch BC muscle
"Hold it” while crunching BC muscle
Should I change my routine at all? What advice do ya have?
