I have a book on natural food cures and here are a few sexual foods I have learned and use:
#1. Garlic. .Here is what a Japanese Dr. Discovered in the 70’s : ” The infamous powder made from the poisonous Yohimbine obtained from the bark of a West African tree have the immediate effect of causing erection to the penis, but they provide NO nourishment to the body and may in fact do harm.
The allicin in Garlic stimulates the central nerve of the penis and helps cause erection, but Garlic also stimulates the hormone glands, which in the long run strengthen long-term sexual powers by strengthening the entire body.”
Me personally, I like tablet form. It doesn’t make your breathe stink.
#2. Selenium.In his book SELENIUM AS FOOD & MEDICINE, Richard A. Passwater Ph.D. Says.”Proper use of selenium can slow the aging process, strengthen the immune system and improve energy levels.
.There are even strong suggestions,” he says, “that selenium can improve sexual health and possibly sexual function as well.”
#3. Saw Palmetto.. This herb is found in almost all penis enlargement pills. It is good for the prostate.
The next two are not really herbs but things I swear by.:
#4. Extra Virgin Olive oil.Like Garlic, it clean the walls of your arteries. I use it for my skin. Better than lotion, I think. Makes the skin very soft. I also favor it for Jelqing. The oil is very absorbent through the skin and has been used in ancient remedies for impotence. I don’t like to cook with it so I drink about a teaspoon every day.
Many people who have lived to be 100 yrs. Of age or more, has attributed it to olive oil. Very popular in the Bible as well.
#5. Purple Grape Juice.Grapes and Garlic are two very powerful natural antibiotics. Grapes also expand the artery walls which makes for good blood flow. Obviously a good thing for PE people. It also has good anti-oxidants which help slow the aging process. We PE people are a very sexual people and want to make sure we can enjoy the fruits of our labor for a long, long time.
