Anyone with starting girth below 5? What's your progress?
I’ve noticed that most of the PE’ers here started with a girth above 5 inches. Even if that seems to be above the actual average, it’s been a little discouraging, as the most I’ve ever been (pre-PE’ing, mind you) is 4.7 or 4.8.
I was wondering- for other guys who started off in similar circumstances- what kind of progress were you/have you been able to make in your own girth?
Moreover (and given that I’ve spent a couple of months jelqing/conditioning already) are there any girth exercises that worked best for increasing mass for smaller starting girths?
I ask because I wonder if different girths react better to different sets of exercises.
