Anything wrong with Kegels later in the day?
Hey, I was jsut starting the newbie routine listed, and was wondering….. is there any reason you can’t do the entire routine: 1. Wrap
2. Stretch
3. Jelq
4. Wrap
and then later on in the day do Kegels? Or is there some physiological reason the Kegels should be done after the workout? Thanks in advance.
