Are Gains Permanent Or Not?

I’ve been browsing some threads and see that people say less of size or it went back to normal and then some people the gains are Permanent can I have some bets or someone with experience clarify this for me

They are permanent if you put in the work.

Initial gains may be temporary; however, over time gains become permanent. Several weeks ago I came across my first pumping cylinder with 1.5” inside diameter and which took me nine months before I could pack it. I tried using it but I couldn’t get my glans to be pulled into the cylinder. I am currently packing a 2” diameter cylinder.

When I started using my 1.75” cylinder, I marked where the tip of my dick reached after 10 minutes under 5 hg vacuum. Today, the tip of my dick reaches 3/4” beyond my original mark after pumping for 10 minutes at 5 hg.

I believe the above evidences that I have achieved permanent gains.
