Are penis exercises worth the risk?

There’s simply no way to predict injury even when performing a safe routine.

I am just being extremely cautious to avoid injury. I am still willing to take the risk, just trying to minimize it.

If I spend more than a couple minutes at a time in the tube at 5inhg, I get a hard lymph vessel at the top of my shaft.. Go figure..

Successful and safe PE is entirely dependent on learning to listen to your body, and figuring out exactly which exercises are right for you, and maybe most importantly, which ones are WRONG.

You only have one penis, and you should be cautious, and patient.

Personally, I believe in using the least amount of stress, pressure, duration, and repetitions that will achieve results, and taking periodic deconditioning breaks to allow everything to heal and go back to normal.

But then again, I’m not one of the guys who has gained a ton either..

Hello,
Could you please describe the lymph vessel? I do not know if I had this before, but I noticed a pretty large (vein?) at the top of my shaft like a day after stretching (did not stretch on the day I notice the vein). After my erection subsided, the vein was still there on my flaccid penis, though smaller. The day after I noticed the vein, there is a very small vein visible on my flaccid penis. Again, I don’t remember if I had this before and do not have previous pictures. However, the large vein is kind of concerning.

Could you be the “lymph vessel” that you were experiencing, or does this sound like just a big vein?

Vein description: Soft to the touch, branches out slightly to the sides of penis, mix of blue and skin color.

What do you mean ? How this happened ?

I almost laughed at word “risk” :) As I started PE not with this forum, but with special gel from sex-shop and it’s brochure was describing PE-like technnique….I still got only gains with 0 injuries.

But I would say - yes, it is dangerous in terms that penis becomes really bigger. So, you shall be fit in order to maintain solid erection with ease. If I had any belly and a bit of overweight, may be I would had had erectile disfunction.

1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)

2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)

3rd) ThundersPlace's expertise help - 18.4 cm length (7.24 inch), 13 cm girth (5.12 inch) 4th) Routine's re-shape ----------------- 18.6 cm length (7.32 inch), 13.1 cm girth (5.16 inch)

What’s the relation between having a bit of a belly and erectile dysfunction ?

Lower testosterone and stamina. I’m now 178/68 and my sex-drive like several times higher than with my previous 178/74 form. When I was 178/85….well it was only one six month period, but I had almost 0 thoughts about women and sex. Erection also was not rare, but I could name it even “total absence”, as even without masturbation I hadn’t had night/morning boners and so on.

I believe it’s more a matter of how much muscle you have, than if you have a belly or not, don’t you think ?

I’m 178/78 and while I have a bit of a belly, I have some muscle too, I do sport every day and I don’t feel these problems. I was like 178/64 before and I don’t feel that my sex drive is less now.

There’s always a slight risk but I think many are extremely paranoid regarding “fatally hurting” their penis. The slightest ache is often interpreted as a severe incident.

Be careful but also aware that many aches can stem from the pelvic floor and not the penis itself.

How about this.. Injuries from PE exercises (done safely) may be related to how intense you masturbate or have had sex?

Haha, it sounds funny, but if you masturbated really aggressively before ever trying PE exercises, wouldn’t your penis be more conditioned, so to speak, as opposed to someone who is more “gentle”. Just a thought.

Me personally, I am not too scared of an injury and feel relatively safe during PE exercises.

178/78 I’m a little confused about these numbers. Is 178 cm in height and 78 kg body weight?

If body weight is important to penis health, then I need to lose quite a lot.

When in doubt do without. If it isn’t broken don’t fix it.
