Are small bumps on lower or mid shaft normal

I have been doing these exercises for about two weeks now and notice I have two or three little bumps on my lower to mid shaft. Can anyone let me know whats going on here?

Those I get sometimes. I dont think it is anything to be concerned about. They usually come and go whenever they want, so don’t fear. I just continue my routine as normal.
