Is that really all you’ve used? A hanger and a pump? Doesn’t sound so bad, in my honest opinion equipment sounds easier cause you just strap it on and sit at home. But according to other replies starting with light jelquing is how it should be, not avoiding jelquing completely. During my first PE journey I tried just about everything. Unfortunately by the time I got around to pumping I had already made my dick extremely tough.
A decade passed.
For my second, I’ve almost entirely done light pumping and light hanging. I’ve done a few variations of that, seeing if I can get better results, but no clamping, jelqing, manual or extender stretching, or heavy hanging. I’ve tried many different chem PE routes, but so far nothing has increased the baseline gains from light pumping and light hanging.
The way I see PE for myself, because I want to gain a lot, is that the first priority is avoiding collagenization of the penis, growth comes second. Clamping is much faster than light pumping and hanging, but past experience has shown me I can not get to the dimensions I want if I clamp.
