Pretty much everything, really. How long you work out, how hard you work out (what is “sore” after working out, anyway?).

The “how much” part is fuzzy. Thus it’s hard to forecast. Besides, some people just have kevlar dicks - no matter what they do, nothing changes.

Hmm I measured my penis tonight and it was 5.5”. I’m not sure if I just measured wrong the first time, had more of a boner this time, or if it’s grown!

Either way, pretty pleased. I haven’t jelqed for about a week. Maybe it was the rest that did it. (Though I did to a fowfer stretch for about 30 mins earlier this arvo. Maybe that was it.)

I have set some new goals. Tell me what you think. Have they been done before? Often? How realistic is my girth wish.

Is this a common achievement for PE’ers that are dedicated for 4 months / one year?

Sorry about the triple post. I forgot to mention this..

Here’s what my routine will be:

5 min warm up
10 - 15 min jelq
A stretch of up, down, left and right for 30 seconds each x 2
5 min warm down

With the occasional fowfer whenever I remember to do it, while I’m sitting on the computer. (Question: Do I need to warm up for these?)

This will be my routine for 4 months. After 4 months is up I might start clamping and increasing jelq time/pressure.

Also, my day schedule will probably look like this:

Sunday - off
Monday - on
Tuesday - on
Wednesday - off
Thursday - on
Friday - off
Saturday - on

How does my routine look? It’s a bit lazy, but will it be effective anyway? Anything that could be improved to achieve what I want?

You can definitely achieve those goals, but the one thing that stands out amongst the PE All-Stars, is dedication, so be prepared to work.

And as far as your routine? Sounds good! But if you do it for a month, and don’t feel like you’ve gained, switch it up, add something new, do more, do less, but don’t continue a routine if you’re not gaining - my two cents.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.

Personally I think it is ill advised to set a date for a certain gain. Also, your planned girth goals are pretty hefty.

Just be sure not to hurt yourself while trying to make a goal, or all your work comes undone.
