Heya, got two questions.

1) While my BPEL measurements have been pretty consistent, they require a certain amount of effort on my part and I’m wondering if there is a better method for this.
My issue is that I curve quite a bit upward, and once it gets to 70-80% I get so hard and curved that an accurate measurement with a hard ruler is pretty much impossible. The only way I can properly measure length is when I reach this sort of 50% erect sweet spot, in which the length is maximum but the hardness is not. And well, it’s kind of hard to maintain and makes measurement kind of a chore.
Is there a better way to get consistent accurate measurements for guys who curve upward?

2) I’ve been doing the newbie routine for roughly 1 and a half month, with some nice length gains that I’m happy about. But my girth has remained completely unchanged. Now I’m not really concerned much about my girth, since it’s a decent 14 cm (5.5”) but I was wondering if I should ever expect to see any increase in girth, just using the newbie routine.

Probably the most important thing is that you measure the same way every time. Realistically, the reason we measure is to track our own progress, so accuracy and consistency are key.
In regard to your second question, every guy is different, and we all gain in our own way. A lot of guys gain length and girth with the Newbie Routine. Stick with it and see where it takes you.

Yeah okay, I know about the consistency part, but that wasn’t quite what I was asking. I was hoping there was a good consistent way to measure that takes curvation into account. BPEL hardruler measurement does not.

Do I have a circulation and/or a CS and glans problem?

My erections were always thin and the head would rarely get engorged since I was a teenager. My glans is also kind of pale in the tip and the back.

With lots of edging and kegels it temporarily gets fully engorged and red. Is this some kind of problem? Is there any way to fix this?

Some people suggest pushing the bend up to meet the ruler. If that doesn’t work, (penis too stiff) then using a tape to follow the bend. The problem with this is accuracy… does the end of the tape rest at the same place every time you measure… if you put on / lose weight. It’s difficult to push into the pubic bone as well.

Remember, we are interested in gains when doing PE. So this is where we come back to the consistency part. The most important part, is to find a way of measuring that is accurate, consistent, and suits your penis, and you. At the end, you can only do your best.

How many seconds do you wait between two 30-secs long manual stretching? Do you do anything between 2 stretching? How often should you heat DURING stretching/jelqing and for how long? EG. After 2 stretches you should heat it for 15 secs.

Thanks!

Take your time you need when you do your session and don’t stress out of it. Use heat 5- 10 minutes before you start and between your sets. And how long you take your small breaks to next set is up to you. I can take up to 5 minutes breaks between my sets sometimes while I use heat.

Use heat.. lot if heat.
Heat is the key!

Heat is the key!

Thanks!

Another one.. :)

Is it ok if I don’t feel anything the next day? I don’t feel that tiny/tinysh pain in the base of my penis the next day. Should I increase something or it can be okay?

PeteBp,
read carefully following thread: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!. You will find there that it is not essential for you to feel pain the next day, in fact it’s good you don’t feel it. Keep doing what you do for one month, then and only then measure it and see some great results.

Starting 01-10-2015 (6.9 BPEL, 5.1 EG) / Humble goal 7.5 BPEL, 5.5 EG

World's Average BPEL 13.1cm x EG 11.66cm. Ideal BPEL 19.3cm x EG 14.2cm

Thanks a lot!

If I kegel near the anus with a semi, I can get fully engorged, especially CS + Glans. When I kegel near the penis, especially with a full boner, I get this diamond cutting, almost painful erection, but very thin and with small glans.

Which one is the “right” one?

Will being circumcised as an adult cause you to lose any size?

Could anybody guide me to a definitive way(and best way) to edge please? I’ve started clamped edging recently and have been doing it wrong, and caused myself to cum quicker (doh). I think i have been riding the ponr closely rather than backing off, now i get involuntary kegels. Not good and i need to clarify and fix this!!

Hello there!

So after like 2 months of doing linear newbie routine, I decided to change my grip for jelqing.
I used to do something like reverse U, so the soft part between thumb and index finger was on the top of my shaft, while these two fingers apply force to my penis from each side (left and right).
I did not connect my fingers under the shaft so there is no force on the bottom part of my penis. Just and only from sides.
I’ve readed about this grip somewhere on TP.

Well I had not any injury in the last two months, but right when I changed to fully OK grip, so there was force from every side and angle to my penis, I immediately saw difference.

Just after 30 strokes (I used to do 60) I already saw blood stains comming up on my skin. A lot of them was like 1-2mm large, and one slightly bigger around 5-6mm. So I naturally took more rest days to heal.

The question is, is it the OK grip fine and my penis is just not used to this level of force and blood pressure that OK grip produce?
