Hey guys, before I make unneeded new thread I will try to ask here.

I want to ask how to get rid off long term discoloration or if it is permanent?

I’ve been pumping first half of this year and I developed big discoloration on front half of my penis. Now my first half is darker than it should be. It does not look that bad in my eyes, but sometimes it summon unwanted questions.

Anyway, I stopped any PE two months ago and the discoloration is still here.
Now I do not know if the discoloration is result of pumping or infrared light that I used for heating.

I thought it will be gone by itself after two months of resting, but it is not. So I will be doing Firegoat’s rolls from now because that is the only thing I know that can help with it, I hope.
Every input will be appreciated.

I have the same. From all the research I have done yes it is from pumping and yes it is permanent. The best explaination I have found it that it is iron staning from when platlets leach out from burst capiliaries from pumping (or clamping, or jelqing). Becasue the iron stain is in the deeper tissues (the dermis and subcutis not the epidermis) it is difficult to treat. Here on Thunders the best advice I could find was to treat the skin with a mild acid solution or paste to try and bleach the skin but I think I found some better advice elsewhere which is to apply 70% DMSO solution daily. DMSO is absorbed through the skin and makes other substances more soluable and able to pass through tissue membranes. I haven’t been doing this for that long but it *seems* to be working.

It will, or can, reduce and even go away with time, more quickly once you stop PE activity. Mine was much more pronounced early in my PE career, much less so now even as I continue pumping.

I used to do a lot of mini-pumps where I would pump to low pressure long enough to get a slight enlargement over flaccid, then release, and continue for a few repetitions. The idea came from a thread on how to pump with ED, with the idea being the mini pumps would bring in fresh oxygenated blood to the penis and clean out the older blood. I believe this was also helpful in reducing my discoloration.

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I actually believe the guy is a genius. I didn’t agree with everything he said.

But one of his techniques in particular is the only form of PE I have been doing for years.

And I have achieved outstanding results.

But each to their own.

Hello, I used to try penis enlargement exercises as an underaged, failed miserably in the intent (obtaining an ED while misusing a penis pump, thinking pain was a good thing, more than a decade ago), now I’m back as an adult and I see that a lot has changed, so..
1. Is the sock with rice still a good method to heat your unit? I see people praising ultrasound and measuring internally (through your urethra?) your temps as the norm for that and I’m confused if It’s the most safe way to do so(albeit its efficiency) and which product to buy (for international buyers are there some requeriments besides the device offering 1mhz-3mhz?).
2. Best cheap ADS? I see there are consistent products below 100USD, including some knockoff products in aliexpress, which is great for me, since I live in a third country with a crazy president which led our local coin to unprecedent devaluation and price is an important factor. I used to have a penimaster/penimaster pro, but replacements were expensive and the glan chamber was too all small for me, which f*c*ed up the vacuum strength.
3. Best routine for newbies?
4. When reaching Clamping (specially for EAD), is it best to use the constriction behind the testicles?

Intelligent way nuts he is.

Didn’t want to start a new thread so hopefully I’m not digging up an old thread that should’ve been left alone here.

The first few times I tried jelqing I was death gripping my piece with an OK grip and afterwards it felt pretty worked over.

Now I’ve applied the beautiful honey off a stick analogy and I believe I’ve got the right amount of pressure down but my piece doesn’t feel worked over what so ever afterwards even if I’m going for 20 minutes.

Could this be a sign I should apply more pressure?

I’ve also switched from the OK grip to where I just keep my palms facing each other with both thumbs on top and the right middle finger & index finger on the right side and vice versa so now I’m pretty much exclusively targeting the sides so maybe that’s why?
