I had fordyce spots on my shaft and before I realized they were harmless I tried to squeeze them until white stuff came out. I also scrubbed them with dove soap and some tea tree oil in the shower a lot. Now, they are flat and white and look scarred. One looks white with a brownish ring around it. How can I relieve some of the damage I have done, and get rid of these scars or maybe just the bumps in general. Also, I’ve noticed why skin isn’t as loose as it used to be and so when flaccid it is really tight and shrunk up instead of loosely hanging down. What can I do please help?

Are there any good vacuum extenders beside Penimaster pro? I want to buy extender and because I am uncut, I choose vacuum style since I made few noose strap hangers and couldn’t make them work. They always slip right away…

So, any other good vac extender beside Penimaster pro?

There are seldom definitive answers in PE. One guy may be able to, another may not. Applying a vacuum to the dick can be painful to some and less so to others.

We generally recommend new members to start with the newbie routine. One lf the benefits of this is that it conditions your penis and gets it in shape for more strenuous PE activities, if one so choses to do.

If starting at a vac level of -3 to -5 inHg for 5 minutes or so does not stress your penis, then go for it. The gradually increase time as you gain an understanding of how your penis responds under vacuum.

In all things PE always pay attention to the signals uour penis is giving you. Discomfort is ok, pain is not.

If you’ve actually scarred the skin, you’re stuck with the scars. Scars fade a little over time. Other than that, trust your body to repair itself. Assuming no ingrown hairs, it should just do that - slowly.

I’m not quite sure why your skin is tighter. You have no stats, so I can’t see if you’ve been growing. There are two main reasons for skin tightening when doing PE

1/ Trauma - let it recover.
2/ Growth of the penis under the skin. It’s often the case that the penis will grow but the skin won’t have been subjected to enough force to grow, especially if you are not circumcised. Skin is easy to stretch, you can just add a little skin stretching to your routine.

You should be able to figure out which applies to you.

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to grow 1.5” without equipment. The hands are the best equipment for PE anyway. Most of this forum is about that. You guys must have way more patience than me. The scant evidence (paid for by extender companies) shows that you need many hours over many years to make a difference. Manual PE is quicker.

Memento, I’ve tried a lot of different manual PE routines over the years that I know about PE. Some of them lasted just few months, others lasted for whole year. I even bought vac pump and tried to combine with manual PE routine.

And till now I’ve had zero length gains and 0.5cm girth gains, but I look only for length gains so there was no progress for me in this area. To be honest, extender is like my last hope in order to make PE work for me. So yeah, I can spend another year, wearing extender in work, which is perfect because I do not have time after work to “waste” hours of my free time seeking for privacy and doing PE, and see If I will get 1,2 or maybe 3cm over that year in extender… And If it will not work, then I am most likely done with PE.

Manual stretches work if you can figure out how to put your shoulder into a straight arm stretch you effectively have more available force than most people who hang. Combine those with girth exercises to stimulate length (I know, weird right) and use a lot of heat (heat is key). 1/2 hour per day 5 days a week.

People give up on manual because they don’t understand the pressure required to effect growth. It’s always on that edge between doing nothing and injury. But, like all things PE, you have to monitor very closely to see if what you are doing is working or wasting your time as that varies during progress.

You know when you lift weights or do pushups it’s only that last rep or two that makes a difference. The one you have to struggle to complete. The rest of it to get there is wasted time. That’s why people increase weight over time to lower the number of reps and time to get to the ones that count. You could do the same with less weight and more reps. This is probably all obvious to you and it’s analogy, PE is not weight lifting, but that same mix of time and force is what makes the difference.

About 10,000 hours is the estimate for noticeable extender gains. I think there’s one person I’ve read here who did that. That’s 8 hours a day for 3.5 years. With a device you mostly can’t monitor and the potential that one day of bad use injures your penis beyond repair (necrotic tissue doesn’t repair).

What can I say other than I hope extender will work for me… There are many extender users who gained in year or even less, here on this forum.
And as I said I could not make manuals work for me over the years of trying… And I know how to apply pressure. Maybe I’ve been doing something wrong all the time, who knows.
As we know, nothing in PE will apply to everyone, what work for one guy, do not need work for other guy. We all know that. Except heat, heat helps everyone…

It’s easy to make newbie gains of 1/2”+ via almost any method. As you’ve already been PEing, it’s probable you’ve maxed that out.

Have you ever injured yourself with manual exercises. If the answer is “no” in a year - starting with zero knowledge, it’s probable your force levels were way too low. You have to exceed the threshold to know where it is.

Physically humans are more similar than different. Yes, younger people might have more elastic fascia; some people might have slightly increased tissue thickness making progress harder. I think it’s mostly technique, commitment and rigorously following the data.

I am just starting. I place a towel over my desk chair and do it there while something, usually porn, is playing on my PC.
