I am in my late 20s and I have problem. I used to ejaculate a lot (in my opinion) when I was at high-school but for few years now amount is way smaller. I used to have about 7-9 squirts and they were watery, now I am happy for 3-4 squirts, they are also more like “phlegm”. Is there any point in doing PE if I can’t get an erection for jelqing/stretches? Can I do stretches flaccid and will that have any effect at all on EQ/length gains? I’m already thick, just want length/EQ gains, but because of my ADHD remaining hard at a decent level for a full session would feel impossible. Also, what about a pump? From what I’ve read so far it fills your penis with blood and you get a temporary boost for some minutes or even just while its in the pump, but afterwards it goes away. Still super skeptical as to this actually causing real penis growth but, I guess I’d take EQ gains. The max I’ve ever measured is 7.2 inches for size and 6.2 for girth. But that was a long time ago. Now my erections are a bit all over the place.

Yes, you stretch flaccid and yes there can be length gains. How stretching will affect your EQ is hard to tell.
Pumping can give you gains over time and give positive EQ but it can also give bad EQ. You just have to try yourself. And read as much as you can here.

So I have a quick question. Not necessarily new to the game but I was casual for a while and then fell off for a bit. Never really had any noticeable gains but did increase EQ. I’m getting pretty serious about it now and I was wondering if starting length plays a significant role in gains.

Like the longer you are at the start, the easier it is to gain length.

6 1/2 BPEL and 6 1/2 EG. Not too worried about girth gains just length. So I’m wondering since I’m on the high side of average if with dedication would I have a good change of making significant gains?

I took a big break from PE after having a lot of success first time round, adding just under 1.5 inches length and around 0.25 inches girth. I’ve decided it might be nice to add some more.

I’d like to focus on length, but the issue (if you can call it that) is that my erection quality went through the roof after my last stint and has stayed that way many months later. Ever since I stopped PE, it’s like I’m a teenager again and as soon as I start any routine I’m like granite!

Usually this is great, but not with typical lengthening routines where you need to be flaccid or at most semi erect. A couple of jelqs or a few seconds of stretching and then no matter what I try, I’m waiting 10-20 minutes for the old fella to go down. It’s rendering progress impossible.

Are there any effective length techniques that can be performed when fully erect? Besides thinking of the queen of England? (Tried it, wasn’t enough haha!)

I imagine many erect exercises will be classed as advanced and will come with warnings. I welcome and appreciate any such warnings, having learned my body’s limits the first time around has taught me the benefits of going easy with a new exercise. I learned before that posts urging caution aren’t meant to hinder progress but to keep safe what is already there - they won’t be disregarded.
