When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

Ok. But wouldn’t this mean that the most recommended way of stretching would be Straight-Out (at 9)? Wouldn’t that hit both the tunica and the ligs at the same time?

LOT was debunked years ago. Use stretches from a variety of angles.

Yep, I just found out after a bit more digging. Should probably delete my reply so it won’t confuse people.

Hello, newcomer here. I don’t know if this thread is the right place to ask. I recently changed into the beginner routine (streches, jelqs, kegels) after a learning experience of 2 months, with some manual exercises resembling clamping right behind the glans.

Two points under the glans are a bit more painful to squeeze now, than the rest of that area. Nothing too bothersome. Pain is close to a tiny bruise. Should I keep going with this new, more relaxed routine? Or allow some complete rest for a few days?

In the PE world, pain is not good. Take a couple of days off and when you do restart, ease back into it with a lesser program and buildup slowly.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Clamping behind the glans is likely on of the most extreme things one can do. Even after 14 years of PE, it’s something I’d never try.

Think of rest for 30 days at a minimum.

Clamping and Stretching

Hello,I wanted to ask is clamping a good idea in terms

Of getting thicker unit. I use the extender during the day and alrdy gained some lenght. So the question is:would getting thicker imperit getting longer at the same time? I feel like its doing 2 things at the same

Oh, wow. Well it wasn’t exactly clamping. I saw a forum about doing a regular o-ring with your fingers, and then slowly move it upwards while squeezing, over 30 seconds, till you reach the glans.

I did a modified version of that, due to erectile issues, by instead squeezing the blood upwards using a whole-hand grip. Grabbed it by the base with the pinky and the ring finger, then used the other two to further squash it and push the blood, with the index locking under the head. 30 seconds of that as well, 5 min sets, with 5 min breaks, about 3 sets in total.

Would this count as clamping?
You have me a bit worried here. I will allow rest regardless.
