Good news. It is far more difficult to toughen the penis than most people on here think.

there are a few more threads to other forums that you could search.
You could have conditioned your penis and may just need more force (hanging, clamping, pumping) or you could take a decon break (6 weeks).
When I feel a little discouraged I look at this site (I keep it tabbed up on my phone browser ha)
You can do some research of your own in regards to what they state.
