You must use constant heat. In addition, watch the time. You can get fluid blisters which are no fun.

If one has an upward curve, when Stretching or jelquing should I do both up? To follow the natural shape? Or should I stretch in all directions

I stretch and Jelq with my foreskin over my glands. Is this limiting my gains?

Few days back I was reading about penis lengthening surgery and since that I am thinking about stretching in PE.
How does stretching work?
Do we stretch our ligaments, that are holding penis to the pubic area, so then our penis can come out more from our body? (Because as we know, a part of our penis is hidden in the body.) Thus we don’t really increase the length of our penis.
Or do we actually stretch our penis and it really grow longer?
Or we are doing both of these options?

Just some thoughts going through my mind…

Both. We can stretch attachment and we can stretch elastic fibers.

When hanging, what are good ways or hangs to stretch the tunica? And when doing so, how do I notice it’s working? Will I just feel the fatigue in the shaft more?

what should manual stretches feel like? What part of the penis should we feel the stretch? I feel mine mostly on the internal penis and don’t feel much on my ligs. It feels almost like I’m pulling on my PC/ BC muscles or in the general area.

I’m looking for something that I can grip my shift so that I can hang on or use as an anchor for an ADS. Any ideas?

This might be something? I ordered one but haven’t received it yet. The one thing that I liked about this is no additional pump is required. It’s built right in it so taking it off and putting one should be quite easy.

Hey guys, im struggling with expansion and girth work, alittle background. I PEd for 4 1/2 months and got some okay gains 3/8 length 1/8 girth. During this period i was overworking for most of it and toughened up alot. I took 5 weeks to decondition and now have been back at it for 3 weeks. I have been following a 1 on 1 off sched with about 7 minutes of A stretches, some extending then a 10 min jelq session. But my penis is still very tough and i need to use a strong grip for jelqing. This is my question here. 20 minutes of jelqing is over training for me, but i dont feel like im getting alot of expansion to get girth gains. I dont know what to do. If 20 mins jelqing is over training then i feel like i shouldnt clamp or pump. But jelqing doesnt give me alot of expansion and im unsure about what i should do for girth

You need to slow down. Basically, you do too high intensity and that’s why you have to stop soon. Instead, try to make routine gradual. Start with warm up, then do light intensity, then slightly stronger and so on. For example, you can do jelq with strong grip and fast, that’s very tiring. To lower that, you can either go slower or with less grip, or maybe even both at the same time.

Personal example. Last time I do high-pressure pumping. If I keep high pressure for long time, then at the end I get red dots across whole dick. If I do pump-pump-pump-reset in repeated cycle, not only at the end I have bigger expansion, but also no uncomfortable feelings or red dots at all.
