To heat or not to heat
I’m new to PE, been starting the linear newbie routine a few weeks ago and I do have this one question that’s disturbing my existence.
First thing first, I started my routine by warming up my unit with hot water then doing my jelqs (I started really slow, not even included my stretches yet). Now everybody says that “heat is key”, but to me if I’m doing a warm-up (or better said if I’m not doing one) I feel the same. It’s like I don’t feel any difference regarding plumpness. But what I did notice is that I have a great flaccid during the day, mostly in the afternoon and in the evening without doing anything. I mean unrelated to PE. I have it even if I don’t PE in the morning. And my guess it’s that the plump flaccid is related to my sitting position (I sit for many hours a day). It might sound weird, but I believe that I get a better flaccid because of the natural inner heat/blood flow rather than by heating it up myself with hot water and what not.
So my question is..
Wouldn’t it be better to do my routine when my flaccid is naturally plumped instead of “forcing” it by applying heat?
