He guys. I just made my first vacuum hanger. I used a method I saw in a DIY thread. I took a latex glove and taped it to the top of a cup, and used a finger hole for the sleeve. I was wrapping before and I would hang for around 20 mins. With the wrap, my dick would get cold if I wrapped too tight.

Now that I have a vac hanger, I shouldn’t have to worry about loss of blood flow right? If the seal is strong, can I hang for my combined set time without taking the 10 min breaks? Or should I still take the breaks?

It seems that the guys with close-to-zero fat pad have extremely low body fat. The fat pad seems be the last to go for some of us. That being said, by all means go ahead and work on losing the weight. So many benefits associated with it.

You don’t have much fat there, where you are pressing the ruler. I’m relatively skinny and have almost 1” difference.

Losing most of the localized fat will help, but still, there will be skin and meat to press against, so you won’t be able to reach that close to zero.

These questions are a copy from the thread I just made. I did not realize there was an “Ask what ever you want” thread until after. I am a small-dicked newbie (BPEL ~4.25”) who hasn’t started yet. Any answers mean a lot.

1. If done safely and intelligently, what are the chances I do irreversible harm to my penis? Either loss of feeling, trouble getting hard, or a permanent pain injury.
2. Is it really hard to make gains in the girth category? And are those girth gains mostly just at the base? If so, does it make your penis look weird?
3. Do your gains go away if you stop working it? Do you go all the way back? How long does it take to start getting smaller?
4. It seems like so many of the posters are people with penises that are already average or above average. Are there any other small penis guys out here and are these exercises just as effective for us?

Turtling

Hello guys, once again I wasn’t lucky while finding my answers…

What is exactly turtling???
It is when your dick retract under your normal flaccid size? Lets say my common flaccid size is 4”, so when after PE session my dick get back to 4” then it is not turtling?
But when my dick shrink under 4” then it is turtling?

Pretty much it, but the contraction happens on X, Y and Z. You should feel smaller in every way and notice the penis being more stiffer than a regular fluffy flaccid.

Penis will act like a turtle’s head under danger, will bury himself inside the fat pad.

If you’ve been doing an intense girth routine and stop, to focus on length will that prevent any future length gains?

I’m getting no glans girth gains. Its pissing me off.

GIrth to length shift

You can still gain in either length or girth but being very thick can make it harder to gain length. I have stalled in length but girth work is working so I’ll take gains anywhere I can get them whenever I can get them. When girth stalls I’ll be doing the switch to length work and maybe start hanging. If you keep working it will keep growing.

Girth gains come way easier for me even after taking a month off from pumping. My girth stayed the same and since incorporating hanging and jelqs my girth continues to get Larger. Hopefully this hanging will increase length as well.

Constant heat will bring a further stretch, if you didn’t try this already. Warmly, during the process, will promote a nice elasticity and malleability to the whole thing.

I did legs yesterday and also did PE. Today is my PE rest day but I’m feeling soar my legs ofcourse but more on the inside part going up towards where the pelvic/penis ligaments are so I can’t tell if it’s my leg muscle or the ligaments that’s soar.

The thing that got me confused is the lower EQ and minor pain when erect in the same areas but more on the left side. Is anyone familiar with something like this ?

Best Guess: You over did it. Of course, I can’t be sure how sore you are, but you should never be hurting after a PE workout. Your penis or the ligs may feel a little “worked”, but you shouldn’t really be “sore”. And decreased EQ can be a symptom of both overwork and stretching too hard.

Take a few days off.
