This question is for clampers. I have been clamping for about 6 weeks now, not sure if I gained anything or not, if so, it’s minimal, but that’s not related to my question. I’m curious how tight the clamp should be. If I put it on while hard, or mostly hard, I can close it up until there is 1 latch left, although getting to this point is tough, and requires some effort to get to the 2nd to last latch from the 3rd. So I’m wondering if it should be this tight, or should it be a bit more loose?

What factors could be responsible for gaining slow and not gaining at all? I’m sure it’s heat, technique, what else?

There are many factors but if you keep the Physiological Indicators in mind while keeping accurate records and performing PE consistently, you will arm yourself with enough knowledge to gain.

What are your thoughts on LOT theory? I tried to figure out my LOT and came to conclusion that I have non existent tug when stretching downwards. I believe that it means that I need to spend more time in upward stretching. And to be honest. I was really conceious about the upward direction all along while doing PE because I have always felt it to be less effective/worse grip/technique. Basically, not as good stretch comparing to other directions. Your thoughts? I will be probably doing them little more and work on my grip with them.

In short, LOT theory has been debunked. It had some incidental value in the context of hanging but didn’t bear enough consistent fruit to be actually empirical or factual.

Why is my NBPEL shorter a lot than my BPEL by around 1.2 inches.

When I measure its a lot shorter.

NBPEL doesn’t take in consideration your fat pad and skin on the ruler contact point. The NBPEL will always be shorter than the BPEL.

So, you’ve got 1,2 inches of fat and skin over your penis, in front of your pubic bone.

Sorry correction my NBEL is 5.15 inches now and BPEL is nearly 5.65 inches.

Has anyone ever tried to apply PE principles on the tongue? I mean jelqing may a little difficult but stretching sure doesn’t seem out of the question. I already have a large tongue so adding 1 cm or so would make it freakish which seems a fun thing to have.

It was the one bodypart I could think of that protrudes but doesn’t contain a bone, just like the penis.

Thank you, I needed that. Dont know why it wouldn’t work, it works on earlobes, skin everywhere… in some cultures they don’t even let bones stop the modifications (think neck rings), so yea it should also work with tongue if u do if slowly enough. If I were you though, I would look at getting my tongue clipped, the frenulum under the tongue, not like splitting the tongue or anything. Depending on how tightly it’s tethered you might get that extra cm instantly, lol.

Oh yeah, I forgot the earlobes. And the neck… well… That’d be like pulling your shoulder out of its socket and calling your arm longer. Yes, sure. But now pick up this cup of water (:
The reason I’m here is to avoid surgery! For bodypart enlargement purposes at least. I might actually try a few weeks of tongue stretching. Who knows, right? I type more than I speak anyway.
Why does my gut keep saying “You can’t stretch your tongue, that’d be silly”…?

lol I’d bet you can, but the frenulum thing isn’t really surgery, it’s too minor to call surgery to me. I’ve had two of my kids done for breastfeeding purposes, it’s the little band of skin connecting bottom of tongue to floor of your mouth, if you lift your tongue and have a thing of skin attached and out that’s what I’m talking about. Mine is attached pretty far and I can barely stick my tongue out at all lol. I need to have it done some day.

Mine, it’s called “tongue tied” but mine was never corrected because my mom didn’t breastfeed so she didn’t notice it and it didn’t interfere with my speech.
