I’ve lately been considering to try pumping (I’ve already bookmarked a few threads on it, which I’ll thoroughly read once I have some spare time) but I have a quick question:

If I were to add pumping into my current PE routine, which I plan to do, would it be advisable to do it before the stretching and jelqing exercises, or after?

I wanted to see what everyone’s thought is on wearing cock rings all day.? Not the metal sized ones but the elastic fabric type. Any pros or cons to this?

Last few days I wast thinking about how I measure my girth so here is my question…
“Do you guys squeeze your urethra to the penis while measuring mid erect girth, so the measuring tape does measure only the circuit of your CC?”

The reason for this is simple, when I am 100% hard my CC can’t be squeezed even a little bit but the urethra, or CS if you want, is still easily squeezable.
That means during sex this part (urethra/CS) probably does not any significant job in terms of filling up/stretching pussy.
The only time when urethra/CS get some rigidity is while ejaculation.

When I measure MEG without squeezing urethra/CS then I am at - 5,511”.
When I squeeze urethra/CS to the penis then I am at - 5,118”.
And width of my shaft in place where I measure MEG is - 1,771”.

So guys, what is yours POV on this subject? How do you measure your erect girth?

I’ve never seen anyone ask about squeezing the urethra when measuring MSEG.

The biggest thing about measurements is that you should be consistent. If you measure the same way today that you do a year from now, you’ll be able to see how much you’ve gained. A lot of people also take a picture with a ruler or tape measure, so they can compare the pictures over time.

We recommend measuring length with BPEL around here because it is easier to be consistent. I also track BPSFL to see how that correlates with BPEL.

To measure MSEG, I use a tape measure. I wrap it around my shaft in the same place, about 1” below my glans. I do not stretch it tight around my shaft, but leave it a little snug. I don’t measure after a pumping session (that increases edema, and that doesn’t count), and I try to do it at a 100% erection level. I measure about once a month, and try to do it the same way each time.

When I detect a gain the first time, I don’t count it. I wait until I get the same measurement again so I know it isn’t a fluke.

I have just started a thread (newbie from Greece) with all my details etc, that’s why I do not give here again all my information and story, I don’t want to repeat it and make you feel bored! ;) I joined this thread cause I believe there are more users to answer. I have several questions, but I start with that. When we do the kegels, the penis must be flaccid or erected? Thank you guys!

Yeah I know all these stuff about measuring, how to measure and how important is to be consistent.
I was just thinking last few days about our girth measuring style and if we really measure the real girth or some kind of “fake” girth.
It is similar to BPEL and NBPEL. NBPEL is how long your penis look like, but in fact it is longer and that is BPEL.
Now if you measure the girth in standard way ( MEG ) that is how thick your penis look like. But then, when you push it in the pussy/ass, your urethra may be squeezed so the only thing that make some stretching or filling up the hole is your CC.
That is why I came up with the idea to squeeze your urethra, during measurements, up forward to yours CC so then you can measure only the girth of your CC and not your whole penis.

Maybe I just think about it too much and this is nonsense, maybe it really doesn’t work in the way how I describe it. The vagina is also really soft inside so there is maybe nothing that can squeeze your urethra/CS during sex and that would mean your urethra/CS is still doing some job in terms of stretching/filling up that hole.

Beware, because this might be a stupid question.

I’d personally say my EQ is a 9-10 in that I truly get rock hard. Yet when I (approach an) orgasm, my penis becomes quite a bit bigger (thicker and veiny) for a short while. Is this normal?

Mostly I’m wondering if this is a common thing: does everyone get 110% erect when they cum, or does this in fact my mean that my EQ is worse than I think and I only briefly get to 100% erect when I cum?

I believe this is normal and happens to me as well. It could be caused by our semen going up our shaft and engorging our penis more. It could be our bodies natural way of making sure our seed gets implanted as far into a woman’s vagina as possible. I’m not an expert, but it’s a possibility.

I think this is pretty normal, as when you are about to cum there comes extra blood in your tool and mainly your CS, glans and veins get bigger.
I am the same case, my EQ is really good, I would say 9/10, maybe even 10/10. But still when I am about to ejaculate my penis get even bigger :)

Excuse me for my ignorance if the following questions have already been asked, but here goes.

First of all, from reading posts on the forums, I have decided to first increase my length and then go for some girth gains. To do so, I decided to focus mainly on stretching and wrapping immediately afterwards, keeping the wrap for around 4 hrs. Do you think that I should stick with my current routine ( which consists of 5-10 min warming up, 30 min stretches - BTC, side stretches, straight down between the legs, V stretches, and finally 4-5 mins warming down), or should I also include jelqing?
P.S I can comfortably do 300 jelqs in a session.

If I should, in what order should I do my stretching ( which of course won’t be for 30 mins, but rather for 10-15) and jelqing? Does it even matter? In my experience, jelqing first then stretching seems to be the way to go, but the forum routines say otherwise (don’t forget- I am currently aiming for length gains).

Last but not least, I would like to ask about my heat source, since heat is rather important for a good workout. I have read the forum about heating, and some of the users have suggested using IR lamps, rice socks and what not ( not that there is anything bad with the various methods :D ). Since I don’t have a microwave and can’t buy anything fancy, and for the sake of stealth, I do my sessions in the shower. I apply hot water from a close distance to my unit. I feel and see it expand. I apply more water during my workout when it gets cold. I would like to hear your thoughts on the matter , I.e should I change my method and in what way considering my above mentioned obstacles, (I have thought about buying a chemical heating pad , but haven’t found one in the stores so far).

Hope my question make, at least, some sense.

I would include jelqing in your program for several reasons. First, the health benefits are obvious. Second, when included prior to stretching, it can make your tissues more malleable which would increase the effectiveness of your stretching. 300 might be a bit much. Cut that in half.

Many people stealth PE in a hot shower with various effects. The basic formula you are looking for is continuous heat combined with proper technique done consistently while observing your physiological indicators for growth.
