Better to go down the drugstore and buy a microwaveable hot/cold gel pack large enough to wrap around your penis. The larger they are, the longer they hold heat. They only cost a few bucks and work well - and you can put them on over a damp cloth so you get the benefit of moist heat penetrating. They hold enough heat for a decent session of PE.

Thank you firegoat. That is a valid point and stupidity on my behalf for not thinking of that. I am thinking of the bead type ones that you can put in a bowl in the fridge and it will absorb the water and be cold for hot days or in a bowl of water in the microwave for heat to calm muscle aches down around the neck and shoulders especially. Although they would not do much good being tubular. I will give your method a shot.

Next question. I have doing this now for about 5 days using the 2 on 1 off newbie routine. Can someone explain the purpose of jelqing. Is it to build girth I assume?

Jelqing is the king of PE exercises - it is to PE what squats are to weight training.

It causes both longitudinal and circumferential stretching to all the penile structures that benefit from being stretched - the CS, the CCs, the tunica. It creates expansion and conditioning to extra pressure of the blood vessels. The continual expansion and relaxation of the tissues stimulates elastin production. It encourages tissue fluid exchange and brings fresh nutrient-laden, oxygenated blood into the tissues.

Done correctly, it should be probably the safest PE exercise there is, although we seem to get occasional spates of folk who claim to have injured themselves jelqing, usually claiming they ‘just did a few gentle jelqs’. Frankly in all but > 0.1% of cases I do not believe them when they say they just did a few gentle jelqs - there are plenty of folk injure themselves in the gym trying to do a stupidly heavy bench press with no experience and no warm-up, and the same filk exisit in PE. Jelqing is not trying to make your dick explode from the pressure and expansion :)

Jelqing seems to act synergistically with every other form of PE; it is the one exercise that should, in my opinion, be in every PE routine, whether you are pumping, clamping, hanging, extending or focussing on manual PE.

Jelqing seems easy, but learning to jelq really well is an ongoing process. I recon most folks are still tweaking their technique after many months, even years of PE to get the most out of every jelq; it’s all about feeling and learning about the subtle sensations in your penis. That carries over into every other form of PE too. :up:

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

So I’ve gained a little in flaccid size I think, and in addition to that I’ve learned that my flaccid may not be as small as I thought it was. I’d like to have a bulge, but even my tightest jeans show nothing, nada, zilch. With or without boxers doesn’t seem to matter, how the hell do you guys manage? My testicles have also gotten quite a lot bigger owing to my abstinence from porn and masturbating but again, nothing though they push my unit forward slightly.

How do I bulge?

Different types of underwear’s are designed for different purposes. I bought myself something called an Aussie cocksox. Its a brand/type of underwear and its great for creating that perfect bulge. They ARE expensive but top quality fabric and mine has lasted for months and months and still like new. If i wore it with tracksuit bottoms its really quite noticeable!! My flaccid is around 4.5/5nbp x4.4girth so not really that big but its a nice snug fit and stretches nicely when you get aroused.

I get great expansion in my tip, mediocre in my mid shaft (maybe as much as average erection), but base is not affected at all?
I started to worry because I can see that my tip/glans have gotten more pronounced. Which obviously is a good thing, but you know…

Starting deeper to base and at a higher erection level (80%ish) should help counter the baseball bat shape.

I actually gained 0.25” BEG but 0.15” MSEG, trying to gain more MSEG than BEG now. We should swap routines haha.

How do you deal with discouragement and fear? How do you avoid stress about size?
A few members here have been very nice with me by putting my fears to rest but they keep resurfacing and they feel pretty justified. I’ve looked around and I think I might have started with a micropenis, my painfully aggressive starting routine has brought me to 4.5 inches in erect length thankfully but since I’m on a decon break now it feels a bit stressful. I feel like I’m just sitting around doing nothing, moping about my small member all the time but at the same time I have to so I can decondition properly. Size jokes have become more common in my eyes, going to the bathroom is bit scarier now, I feel shame and anger just looking down when I shower or urinate, I feel like I was born inferior. To top this all off I’m scared of going to back to the 2 inch erect length I used to have. This fear is further supported by a loss in length every time I masturbate, I have since stopped masturbation entirely. I still think I can reach six inches in length but a five inch girth is a long time away and I want to at least be average before I’m too old. Even if I could reach it soon hearing “size matters” kind of gets to me. I feel like even with a product of lots of hard work any woman I find would just roll some bigger guy’s dice. I feel discouraged seeing “smaller” guys start out an inch away from average knowing they don’t have far to go at all when I need 1.5 inch in length and girth to get to average from where I am now and even then it still wouldn’t be enough. Even length isn’t my main concern, girth is since gaining girth is so much harder. Maybe I am just beating myself over the head with this but with how much people want big I don’t think I am overreacting, just putting as much importance on size as any other person would. I just need to keep myself calm until my deconditioning break is over but it’s really difficult knowing that having a small dick earns the scorn of men and women everywhere.
If nothing else, at least I have something that sticks out of my closed hand now. It all still hurts though.

Average will be enough. This is not a comfort statement. It is a true statement. Don’t worry about it. Just do what needs to be done and get there. Do not rush things.

Hey! I have PE’d for 5 months and some change now, I took 30 days off for de-conditioning as my gains came to an abrupt halt after the first 6 weeks or so. I have changed my routines every month or so and kept good records. I PE’d for a month after my de conditioning break with no gains, except getting back the little bit I lost and I started using a Jelq device (rollers) I decided to go all out and do a routine 500 strokes with variations 5 times a week with 2 days off, measuring on my next workout day. I surprisingly gained 3/16th of an inch mid shaft girth and 1/16th of an inch top and base girth. I was very happy with this so I continued my routine the following week. I feel soreness in my penis still after 3 rest days but have good body signs such as morning wood and good EQ. Should I continue with my routine or wait until this not-unpleasant soreness subsides? I will note that I take zinc+magnesium+whey protein powder with aminos every day after workouts. I will also add that I considered fast gains may have been due to this ‘shock workout’ and that lighter workouts just haven’t been working for me! Thanks for any input guys and thanks for the awesome forum.

Privacy During PE

Married with kids. Finding the time and privacy seems to be the biggest factor between me and this journey. Any pointers would be appreciated. I am just getting started this week.
