Kegel Question

I used the search function and didn’t find a definitive answer. As a beginner, do you guys recommend doing kegels immediately following the newbie routine or anytime throughout the day? And should it be done while trying to maintain an erection or does it really matter?

Hi Koros

In the beginning ideally you separate Kegel training from PE training. After a couple of weeks your BC musce will be your obedient servant and you can introduce Kegel training in the jelqing for maintaining the sufficient erection level and in edging as stop control to avoid ejaculation.

By then you can give up the separate Kegel routine as you maintain the pelvic muscles fit enough during PE training. I’ve read recently a post by Hunglikeagerbil that even with Kegel training you can overtrain. Being a big fan of Kegels, that made me think it over and has led to this answer.

I’m doing the newbie routine for 4 months straight.
Still no gains though.. Yet I THINK I’ve had improved EQ.. But not sure.

Hi Brazilian

After 4 months I guess it’s OK to modify the routine if it does not show effect besides EQ (which naturally is great).

I suggest to modify only a single parameter of the routine and first try a less is more approach by switching from 2on/1off to 2off/1on frequency for the next 2 months.

I will make this change.. But you think I should first finish the newbie routine and then start another routine that make me cum further? Can I start it sooner?

I think we have a misunderstanding here. I thought you were talking about getting further and you probably mean stronger ejaculations.

So the answer is: I still recommend a switch in rhythm regarding on/off days, but this will not make your ejaculations stronger. What should help is Kegel training. Make a search on it.

Yeah, my english isn’t that good.. But further I mean.. Far away from my penis LoL. But I guess you’re right : Stronger Ejaculations.
I’m doing Kegel’s training as well.. However I haven’t seen improved ejaculations yet..

That’s OK, the reading error was on my side, your English is pretty good.

Back to the topic: what maybe helps is edging. Masturbate until you are just before the point when the orgasm takes over control. Then STOP! Keep yourself by very light stimulation just as close and as long as possible to this point. And then comes the trick: you have 2 possibilities to control the urge of orgasm. One is stopping stimulation. The other is… tadaaaa! - Kegels. Well, you can not really stop the orgasm with Kegels, but you can hold back ejaculation.

So if you want a real strong ejaculation, you do edging as long as possible. Then you decide you want to (finally!) have the orgasm so you go on stimulating quite lightly. When your orgasms starts, you feel spasmic contractions all over the pelvic regions building up. When you then make a very hard Kegel contraction (needs Kegel training before), you can delay ejaculation for a couple of seconds. Orgasm is still building up and you really feel that your dick is gonna explode. Now if you still hold the Kegel contraction, ejaculation will be into the bladder. Or, and that’s the trick, you release the Kegel contraction at the right moment. And voilà: you have an ejaculation like a rocket taking off - and a brainshaking orgasm too.

Needs some training sessions, but that works. Maybe 5-10 edging sessions. It’s all about timing. But it’s worth giving a try :-) And try it without using porn - enjoy yourself visually with your own dick. Creates a great feedback cycle in your brain. That can be introduced in a sexual relationship as a great game with your girl/boy (I don’t know your preference and it’s not important) so that she/he makes you edge and explode at the end.

Oh, by the way, “real edging” without masturbation is a great way to end a regular PE training session. Gives a great flaccid. Especially if you do a final warm-down after edging.

Now that I’m aware of it I will keep the routine 2 days on / 1 day off hahaha.
This edging looks like hard to master but I will practice it very hard.
It’s all about timing then..
I’ll give it a try.

about a year or two or even more. Everybody is different


Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG

When jelqing, I feel some resistance a quarter way up the shaft, and when doing a four or more second stroke, the shaft turns red — is this an indication of a good jelq?

I am not very sure if that is a good sign. Could be an obstruction of blood flow in the CC. Maybe you try with less force in the OK-grip.
