I think it’s mostly if I’m roughly 35% or below on erection.

I’ve been doing a fair bit of reading around here, and I’m a little confused about TUT.

I’ve seen people saying that any time beyond 10 minutes is too much TUT for a newbie, which makes me nervous since I had been doing 40 minute sessions for about a month and a half after an initial 1 week conditioning period. I’ve definitely seen growth, but seeing people saying it’s too much is making me wonder if I’ve either royally fucked or am in the process of royally fucking myself out of gains. I’ve been looking at deconditioning periods, as well, but have seen people saying that muscle memory kicks in no matter what, so ligs and such that had been hardened will harden up faster than growth can happen, basically making the process pointless.

My questions are simple:
In the opinion of the board, have I screwed myself?
If not, would you recommend I reduce my now 20 minute sessions to 10 minutes for a specific time?
If so, what would you recommend I do to either reverse or prevent future problems?

For the record - I haven’t injured myself at all. The worst I felt was a pain on my foreskin scar, but that’s just due to the fact that it’s tight and is somewhat connected to a turkey necked sack.

And a generic answer: if you register ongoing growth and positive PI’s then your routine is fine. Every dick is individual in its reaction to PE training.

I have another question, and I can’t seem to find a straight answer anywhere either here or on other forums. I was wondering about ligament stretches - when gaining, I’ve read people saying it’s mainly from ligament stretching exposing ‘hidden penis’, which I already figured.. But I’ve been reading that all lig stretches do is lower the exit point of the penis causing erection angle to drop and doesn’t necessarily translate into NBPEL increase. I’ve also read that tunica stretches are the only way to actually gain more permanent size, as tunica stretching goes hand in hand with cellular mitosis, meaning you actually add length to the penis.

My questions, I guess, are:
1) Is that true about the ligament stretch and ‘exit point’, meaning that my BPEL will get ‘longer’ only because of the penis sitting lower?
2) Is it true that tunica stretching is the only way to add permanent size without sacrificing erection angle?
3) If 2 is true, then is there a newbie safe tunica routine, or should someone keep up with the newbie routine until the recommended 3 month period has expired.

I really want an inch by the 12 - 14 month mark, and I’ve read that it takes forever to gain with tunica stretches. Would I have to readjust my expectations if I went completely tunica, with ligament stretching counting as a warm up alongside the hot wrap? If these questions have been answered (I’ve searched and searched and can’t find specific threads), then I apologise. I can’t find any, though.

This is called “Too Much Theory” reading.

Seriously. You haven’t gotten hurt, you are still gaining. Reading about what people speculate occurs or has happened to someone else with a different body, age and penis…is kinda overthinking it right this minute. Do what you are doing, as long as it is working. When you stall out you can start wondering why. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter what theory you believe, it won’t bear out as long as you’re gaining. As you’re only reading about limiting factors.

What causes each individual to gain, how much and how long is completely different from case to case. And quite honestly, is not something that can be pinned down definitively in most cases.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Not even based on types of stretches? To clarify, I’m not asking how much I’ll gain in a year period like a lot of people ask, just more asking if my expectations of a year while doing nothing but tunica stretches would be too optimistic considering the apparent difficulty in gaining from tunica stretches.

Need Advise

Okay so I have a weird thing going on. I usually jelq staying up right. Well today I tried it on the floor standing on my knees kind of like when you perform doggy style on a woman. And when I jelqed in this manner I didn’t necessarily feel better EQ but I felt more blood being pushed up the shaft. I was about 50-60% EQ and I felt a soft engorment like stretch girth wise. I expanded about .25 in girth when jelqing like this. Could it be that my legs were not closed like when I’m standing up? It’s almost as of there was LESS resistance coming from my penis when jelqing.

Did I explain my self here guys?

Fluid Build Up With Horse440’s - I think my total .25 to .35 inch gain has been mostly fluid build up.

Am I going too hard? Or are girth exercises just fluid build up? Or am I doing something wrong?

It’s been 6 weeks of serious PE consistent, 1 day on 1 day off squeezes, bundled stretches, kegals, edging.

That observation caught my eye and I did… a self experiment! Repeated the position and I can confirm the phenomenon.

I may have a possible explanation too. When jelqing, my hips were moving a little bit back and forth. Naturally, my buttocks made small compensation contractions to remain in equilibrum. This seems to trigger contractions of my BC muscle - in short, I was doing Kegels which pumped blood in my dick.

Maybe it’s just that.

And does this mean we have to jelq from now on on our knees for better efficiency? :-)

So you repeated the exact position to see what I am talking about ? Did you keep the knees wide ? I notice the wider I went the better.

Would you say that this way allows use to get a better Fuller more effective jelq ?

What was your reaction after trying it ?
Did you get a fuller jelq? Plumper hang after ?

I was in shock after.

I hope this can lead to bigger gains.
This position seems to sacrifice a bit of potential EQ BUT I feel a better jelqing stretch girth wise.

Yes I did repeat the exact position. I got a jelq with Kegels. So more blood in the penis.

It’s natural, I would say. Nothing to worry about.

And you can get that too in standing position when you do a Kegel contraction before each jelq movement.
