Yes, stretching is for length only but you might be lucky I guess and get some girth gains as well.And no, they’re not a warm up for jelqing, warming up you do with a hot towel, a IR lamp or something else that’s heated and can be directed in/ at your your penis as is recommended especially before jelqing.
If it’s girth only you’re after jelqing at a 70- 90% erection level can help you in gaining that. The more erect you are the more careful you must be and jelqing at a 100% erection level isn’t necessarily the best, or recommended, as you wont be able to force as much blood in/ through your penis.
Also there’s other, more advanced methods like squeezes, pumping and clamping. Just do a simple search and you’ll find the instructions on how to perform the different exercises.
But I would recommend at least doing just a little bit of stretching as well as I think it can aid in you gaining girth. It’s just my thought and opinion though as I’ve gained some girth while targeting length only.

Nicely said, I would advice to keep stretching, since you are not interested in length, keep stretching around 10, no more than 15 minutes and slowly increase jelq count or time, later on you can proceed to more advanced techniques as mentioned above.
