If it’s girth only you’re after jelqing at a 70- 90% erection level can help you in gaining that. The more erect you are the more careful you must be and jelqing at a 100% erection level isn’t necessarily the best, or recommended, as you wont be able to force as much blood in/ through your penis.

Also there’s other, more advanced methods like squeezes, pumping and clamping. Just do a simple search and you’ll find the instructions on how to perform the different exercises.

But I would recommend at least doing just a little bit of stretching as well as I think it can aid in you gaining girth. It’s just my thought and opinion though as I’ve gained some girth while targeting length only.

Nicely said, I would advice to keep stretching, since you are not interested in length, keep stretching around 10, no more than 15 minutes and slowly increase jelq count or time, later on you can proceed to more advanced techniques as mentioned above.

Either is fine. The most important factor is to measure consistently. Some people find they can measure more one way than the other. Choose a way and stick to it.

On my fourth month or so and have some minor girth and length gains. My flaccid has gone from about 2” to a bit over 4”.

Hey guys, I’m new to this (never done it actually, I am starting to do some research first) and was wondering if the best course of action would be JP 90 day routine first and then do other stuff. Skin thickness

Hi there :) I’m new to the forum. I’m 24 years old, and I’ve not done any proper measurements for a while, but I’m 6” BPEL and 5.3” EG, uncut. I’m not exactly sure what my flaccid length and girth are but I think they’re about 4” and 3.75” or so respectively from what I remember, though it varies a lot since I’m pretty prone to shrinkage. I guess that’s not really too relevant to my questions though.

First off, I’m just wondering if there’s any way to increase the thickness of the skin on the penis? I had a pretty small dick as a kid, so when it grew during puberty it kind of stretched the skin a lot, meaning it’s pretty thin and translucent now. You can see the color of the veins and arteries quite clearly through it. Also the skin on my dick gets irritated pretty easily, especially my foreskin, though part of that is because my foreskin doesn’t go all the way down the shaft since it’s a little tight, both in terms of circumference and also the length of the frenulum. So if anyone knows anything about increasing the thickness of the skin on the penis or just generally making it more resilient that would be helpful.

Second question is about the foreskin tightness. It’s not a huge problem, but it is sort of annoying. I read somewhere that people have used ear gauges to stretch out the foreskin throughout the day to loosen it up. Has anyone here tried that? Also how can I lengthen the frenulum? It’s a bit more resistant to stretching than the other parts of the skin. Would it just be normal foreskin lengthening at that point?

Vertically, this way lig gains can’t pose as tunica gains.

Masturbation

After preforming PE do most or all of you masturbate? I get super worked up when I stretch and have to blow a load! Is this something that you do?
