Lurker for some time, on and off to PE. Never saw any real gains due to being really busy and barely having time to commit.

Have a bathmate but new house does not permit to use (no bathtube etc). Would like to give air vacuum pumping a try, I live in the US and not trying to spend too much. What would be some of your pump recommendations? I searched for some on the forum already but they were pretty old threads.

The cylinder sizing thread covers the nicest cheaper sets by LeLuv. Amazon, eBay and other places sell it. The thread is old but is over 60 pages and still sees activity, some earlier this week.

Would appreciate good advice of what to do to maximize gains and “things not to do” . And how to keep the tunica and shaft malleable for gains when it hardens?

It depends how powerful the bulb is and how close you are to it. Firstly, you need to protect your testicles. Pull your underpants down so that your penis is exposed but your testicles are still covered.

Penises are not very temperature sensitive - you don’t want to ‘cook your sausage’. The back of your hand is more sensitive to heat than any other part of your hand, so keep the back of your hand next to your penis. When your hand feels hot, your penis is hot too. When I use the IR lamp (150 watt) I’m usually 10 - 12” from it, and I heat the top of my penis, followed by the sides/underside (I don’t heat the underside much), and keep moving between them for around 5 minutes. If it gets too hot I move further back. With a little experience, you will know what feels right.

I’ve been wondering the exact same thing about jelqing: how much is too much, how much is too little?

Or I use a light to moderate grip (similar to masturbation)

This is one of the most commonly asked questions and has been answered thousands of times - a quick search would answer it for you. If you need to learn how to use the search function properly, there is a link in my signature line.
The quick answer is that as long as you are moving blood from the base of your penis to the head, and the glans is expanding a bit, you are jelqing OK. Keep the erection level between about 40-70%. Keep it slow - generally never less than 3 seconds per jelq. Learning to jelq really well takes a lot of time - it seems simple, but it isn’t - focus totally on every jelq and really feel what is happening inside your penis. When you do that, you will get a feel for exactly how much is too much or too little, both in force and number of jelqs/time. Some days your penis will feel fresh and want more, some days it won’t.

Learning to feel what your penis is experiencing and how it’s reacting is really one of the secrets of successful PE. Along with heat and consistency!

Doing some newbie routine for past 10-15 days (5 on/2off),

So this is my first time into PE longer than one day.

Feel sore but encouraged.. By the way English is not my born language.

Coconut oil is a good lubricant I have seen that it is good for the skin, besides that it is a natural oil, what do you think?

Any Cannabis Users?

Anyone a cannabis user? Would it affect your PE? Looking for advice I’m a casual cannabis smoker one thing I’ve noticed you cannot be high and perform PE.

Yeah I used to find it hard to keep a strong erection when I am high, its weird, I’ve quit now and have no trouble with that

Short Term Goal: 6.5 NBPEL x 5 EG, Long Term Goal: 7.25 x 5.5 (will donate $1000 to thunders if this happens, will also never complain about anything again in my life)
