40-50% for mostly length, but mine fluctuates between 50% and 90%.
Start - Jan 16 2011 (serious start - Feb 08 2011) : NBPEL 5.9in EG 5.5in (remeasured and got this. I knew it was too big to be true. Big enough still :D ) Goal until 2012 : 6.75 - 7.5in NBPEL 5.75 - 6in EG
