At what level of erection is the orange bend performed?

Hi, this are the instructions to perform this exercise and it says it should be performed at 10 per cent erection level, this seems to be a very low erection level to get good expansion in the penis, wouldnt it be better to perform them at a 60-70 percent erection level ?

I am always amused at how accurately people report erection levels. Honestly, I don’t think I can accurately compare one erection to another with an accuracy of more than 20 percent, never mind trying to compare it to another member’s interpretation of what 70 percent is.

Trying to do these bends at a high erection level is asking for trouble. They are done at low levels so you can target specific areas. The low levels allow you the flexibility to position the penis accordingly.

High levels increase the risk of injury, decrease the accuracy and the control of where the pressure is going. Having that control is what I believe the advantage of doing o-bends over something like clamping, which targets everywhere, at closer to equal pressure.

Yes. I would also recommend going slow, when performed properly, even at low levels this exercise can kind of sneak up on you and after the fact you realise just how intense it was.. :)

My understanding is that you want a chubby but not a real erection. You’re trying to maximize the expansion at the bend location and a 60-70% erection won’t let you do that unless your 60-70% is what mrorange described as 10%.


11/20/2011: BPEL: 6", MEG: 4.75" (goal BPEL: ~7", MEG: 5.25")

5/9/12: BPEL: 6.5", MEG 5" (goal BPEL: 7.25", MEG: 5.5")

3/5/13: BPEL: 6.875", MEG 5 5" (max goal BPEL: 7.5", MEG: 5.75")

These are extremely intense and not for newbies at all! You feel a crazy stretch and expansion from the inside out. I think of your erection level not being at a percent but just “plump” such as it looks and feels after a jelqing session.

If its too hard you can’t get any expansion when bending, to soft and your just playing with yourself. Definitely takes practice. Experiment but be carful.

First time I did these I got more red dots than I ever have.

I have been doing these bends on Monday and Tuesday and my cock seems tired, I have a very bad eq today. I will let it rest. Is this normal?

It sounds as though you might have been performing them differently than intended so injury is not to be completely unexpected.

Take a break and start slow at very a low level and pay attention to some of the warnings above.
