Att Gainers and Vets

Many people in here like myself will start off by using the newbie routine.

Even though a pump is not included in the newbie routine, it seems like a lot of recent gainers around on the forums used some kind of pump?

Would you recommend getting one yet? Or should you be patient, and give the newbie routine a good 3 months before deciding?

Another question, do you think you can reach your goal “easily” without a pump or would a pump make such a big difference, as they are kind of expensive.

This is not an easy task; It takes time. Please use the newbie routine and get yourself acclimated to penis enlargement. Many have been too aggressive and ended up with an injury or disappointed. If you go about it slow and consistently you will grow. Please give the newbie routine an opportunity to work for you.

Many have never used a pump and you can certainly gain without one; it will not accelerate your gains in any significant fashion.

Take anything and everything that DutyQuest has posted with a large grain of salt.

Never seen any gains till I started pumping. Although I started pumping before I came to this site.

I’m still using the Newbie Routine to this day for maintenance. I tried introducing pumping but found it cumbersome and interfered with my daily, non-PE life. I also found it not as effective as clamping. Personal observation, of course. Keep in mind that I didn’t pump long term so your results will probably differ.

I highly recommend you keep with the Newbie Routine to condition your unit and get the most gains within the Newbie Routine time frame. You’ll be able to see what is really effective before introducing new methods into your routine.

The problem with begining your PE career with pumping is having the self control to not over pump at to high of a preassure, which would no doubt result in injury.
Having said that, I am still using a modified version of the newbie routine, I pump a couple times a week at low preassures for no more than ten minutes. And have done this light pumping since I started PE, about 4 months ago. I have gained.

As long as you dont get to intense it would be fine.
Just be sure you dont base your routine around pumping, use light pumping to supplement your newbie routine efforts.
